I installed on my daughter’s Apple MacBook Pro, and shortly after the installation, the system experienced a critical failure that made the hard drive inaccessible. I spent several hours working with McAfee Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, following all recommended troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately, none of those steps resolved the issue. Per their guidance, I took the device to an Apple Store, where I was ultimately told the drive could not be recovered. This was extremely frustrating—not only because of the data loss, but also due to the amount of time spent trying to resolve the problem through support channels without success. Based on my experience, I would strongly urge others to proceed with caution when installing this software on a Mac.

Ok for protection, but keeps nagging me to upgrade to more expensive products. I paid for what i wanted, so leave me alone…if i wanted your other crap i would have bought a different package.
