💡 How to pick case fans
What to look for:
  • 120mm most common, 140mm moves more air quieter
  • Higher CFM = more airflow, higher dBA = more noise
  • Static pressure fans for radiators, airflow fans for cases
💰 Two intake + one exhaust is a solid baseline for positive pressure

★★★★★Quiet, reliable and cheap.
For less than $20 you get more than a plenty number of fans. They're exceptionally well for what they are worth and are quiet as well. Comes with the standard ARGB so you can change the visual effect and color at ease. Super easy to install even for beginners looking to build a PC.

★★★★★Insane Value
If you are looking to spice up your PC with RGB, this is the perfect pack! They are super affordable, while still being top-quality. I have already purchased like 20-30 of these. They come with daisy chain cables for both PWN and ARGB, so its super easy to connect them all together and you don't even need a hub. They look great, work with SignalRGB, and are very quite. And they push lots of air and are great at cooling.

★★★★★Great value for the price
These fans work really well for the price. The fan quality feels solid and they move plenty of air while staying fairly quiet. The all-black design looks clean and fits nicely with the rest of my setup. Cable length was just right and installation was quick and easy. Everything lined up perfectly with my case and radiator. I’ve been running them for a while now(around 4 months) with no issues. Overall, they perform better than expected and are definitely worth it if you’re looking for reliable cooling on a budget.

★★★★★Unbeatable Value & Performance: The Budget ARGB Fan King!
After installing the Thermalright TL-C12C-S 5-pack in three custom builds (gaming rigs, workstations, and a media server), I’m stunned by how these $20–$25 fans outperform competitors costing 3× more. Core Strengths Elite Cooling for Pennies: Each fan delivers 66.17 CFM airflow and 1.53 mm H₂O static pressure at max speed—enough to handle dense heatsinks and case ventilation. In testing, they dropped CPU temps by 8°C vs. stock fans in a Ryzen 5 7600X build. Even at 50% PWM, airflow rivals premium brands like Noctua and be quiet! Whisper-Quiet Operation: The S-FDB bearings minimize vibration, keeping noise ≤25.6 dBA at full tilt (1550 RPM). At 800–1000 RPM (typical gaming loads), they’re near-silent. Far quieter than cheaper jet-engine alternatives Stunning ARGB Lighting: High-brightness LEDs with 17 customizable effects (rainbow, pulse, static, etc.). The translucent blades diffuse light evenly, creating a "halo" effect. Daisy-chaining support simplifies wiring—connect 5 fans to one ARGB header! Minor Nitpicks Wire Management: Daisy-chaining 5 fans creates cable clutter—use zip ties!. Documentation: Chinese-only manuals may confuse beginners (YouTube solves this). ARGB fans need a 3-pin (5V) header on Motherboard. Pick up SATA to 5V 3PIN Fan Controller incase motherboard doesn't have a specify ARGB 3-pin (5V) header. Full-Speed Noise: Audible at 1550 RPM—set a PWM curve below 1300 RPM for silence For under $30, this 5-pack is a no-brainer for builders, upgraders, and RGB enthusiasts. It trounces budget rivals (like Arctic P12) in aesthetics and matches premium fans in cooling. Whether you’re decking out an O11 Dynamic or reviving an old rig, Thermalright proves you don’t need to splurge for brilliance.
