I put this in my Framework Desktop, even though they recommend the older fans. B.S.  This fan is so quiet and I have had 0 temperature issues, not even throttling and I run processes that utilize all 16/32 cores that run for an hour or more sometimes.  Temps might creep up to high 70's but thats it. I would call that awesome performance -- good temps and dead silent.

Had Arctic p12propst on my Arctic 360 cooler. When they would ramp up they were noisy as all get out in my lian li 217. Replaced the cooler fans with these. needless to say never really bought into the hype of noctua, well I was wrong, very wrong. Silent at idle silent while gaming, silent all the time at every level. Keeps it slightly cooler as well. There is just no competition.
