Put them on my aio in order to mostly use as an ambient light. They work, are fairly quiet, cool nicely, and look good. Video shows the three main settings I useat the end, plus a couple other settings for those who enjoy flashier rgb. Dimming capabilities on these is also very nice.

Seems quiet and has rubber on mounting screws area You need to go online to look up instructions for connecting cables. You will need a wire or plastic tie for the long wires. I don't hear it on my case on the floor.
