i am this fans biggest fan. Thermalright is amazing. These things rock. Performance, especially considering cost/value, is to the moon. these things move so much air and the noise level is fine. Lower the noise level and its still a lot of air flow. These RGB are nice and bright but they can also get nice and dim. the rgb and brightness all works perfectly and seamlessly between other thermalright fans. HUGE W!

These are high quality fans at any price, and they are reasonably priced to boot. My expectations for a value priced product are exceeded. Good job Thermalright! I also bought some of your other products and was equally satisfied. They are made of plastic, and it has a nice matte finish, there are no flashing lines from injection, all the corners have nice rubber sound and vibration dampers that are fit perfectly. The PWM works and the fans don't make any noise in my low speed use scenario. It is obvious that the people making this product cared, about the packaging, the stickers are applied in the right locations and squared, the cables are all neatly secured with twist ties, etc.. it is just nice to see pride and quality control.

Bought these because they were cheap and many people mentioned their Quietness. The fans cool sure, but all 3 of the ones I ordered have a louuuud bearing whine when spinning at higher rpms. DEFINITELY NOT quiet fans, just budget fans that will cool properly and look nice. If tuned correctly though you won’t hear the noise until your system is heavy under load

This fan works great and was super easy to install in my NZXT H510 case, which originally only came with a single fan at the bottom front. The airflow improvement was noticeable, and the fan runs quietly. Definitely a solid and affordable upgrade if you need better cooling in a compact case like the H510.
