💡 How to pick a case
What to look for:
  • Matches your motherboard form factor
  • GPU clearance length for your graphics card
  • CPU cooler height clearance
💰 Airflow matters more than looks. Look for mesh front panels and 3+ included fans

★★★★★Great APU option
Needed a more travel friendly case for my 5600G PC, and after some research settled here. I found the case quite easy to work in, everything fit without difficulty. Quality seems good throughout, and it's a nice looking case. I did need to be a little thoughtful when routing cables, as there is very little room for cable management.. but everything did fit. The front panel cables are a bit long, I suppose that's better than the alternative! I did notice it's a little noisy when under heavy loads, but such a small case can't be expected to contain the noise of a CPU fan running at high RPM. I can't hear the power supply fan at all in my copy, something others had complained about. Just three things to watch out for. First, as I mentioned cable routing is important to consider. Take your time making those connections, and be prepared to reroute as necessary. I found it best to run the 12V CPU power first, lay the 24 pin connector in place, then route the drive cable through the cutout, THEN seat the 24 pin connector. SSD data cable next, I switched to one of the thin cables to make routing a bit easier. Then FP audio, FP power cable, then the USB 3.0. My board doesn't have a USB C header, so I just tucked that in last. Manage each cable as you connect them rather than waiting to the end and trying to deal with it that way. Second, the motherboard tray covers quite a bit of the back of the motherboard. If you have a rear mounted nvme you will not have space for a heat sync unless it fits the small cutout you can see in the photo. Third, rear mounted SSDs are retained by a flexible clip that can interfere with the cooler mount in some instances. I made it work, but removing it would be tight. My only regret is waiting so long to switch to this case. If you aren't planning to use a GPU, and don't use a high TDP CPU, I can't think of a better option. Longevity of the power supply is a concern, mostly because it's proprietary, but there are options if it fails.

★★★★★Great Product if you don't need a Video Card
You only need a video card if you're a gamer. This case will allow you to build a decent PC without needing a video card, most mothercards will have you covered. It's a great case, and you will be satisfied.

★★★★Great case for PC
The perfect case for Mini ITX with minimal need for upgrades. I took the whole case apart the moment it was delivered and burned off the INWIN decal. Solid Aluminum case exterior. Great airflow. Good quality. Can't give five stars because if you take the bulky expensive aluminum shell off, there is a beautiful barebones chassis that can be tucked away so simply. This case could be $40 without the Aluminum shell and no front panel ports. Noctua fan duct kit brought temps down 8c, dissipates well with Noctua LP cooler.

★★★★★Perfect for a small quiet APU build
The best feature for this updated version of the Chopin is the added height to allow a stock AMD Wraith Stealth cooler to fit without any modifications. Supposedly, the updated PSU is meant to be quieter, but I didn't have the original unit on hand to compare it to. This is my personal favorite case and power supply combo for small ITX builds that rely on integrated graphics. There are two others from LIAN LI with similar internals- one of which is able to use an 80mm fan for exhaust- but this one fits my needs pretty much perfectly.

★★★★★Strong sff case, well made.
Awesome little case. Wanted something sturdy and compact for traveling and this was the case. Using a Ryzen 5 5600gt and paired it with a Thermalright AXP90-X53 and the fitment was spot on. The cooling fan has a few millimeters of clearance which really pulls in the air.
