I have been a longtime fan of Phantek cases, but I had a relative who didn't want the typical looking case. They wanted something more professional looking and with an understated aesthetic. So, based on positive reviews by, well, everybody, I thought I'd give this a try. I can honestly save that this is one of if not the best case at this price point I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing. There are many features at work here. First, the black case with dark wood is absolutely classy. The case is well built with sturdy parts all around. The case comes with 5 built in fans, including 2 170mm fans up front. The 120's on the bottom have 11 blades and excellent pressure, pulling air through the bottom surprisingly well. The fans can be moved to different locations completely toolless. It is really stupid easy to move those fans. I chose the front 'gpu' arrangement. The cooling is solid, even with the dust filter (provided) added to the front. (I'm using a Noctua D15S on 12 cores). The fans are all connected with a provided fan hub. Be sure to enter bios and set the fan connecter to PWM or things will get loud. Connections are easy to reach with 2 power switches. Further, the front panel connections come in a single connector. Why doesn't everybody do this now? Don't they know my eyes are getting too old? The power supply has the option of side mounting your PSU. I didn't use this feature. I just put my PSU in the normal position, no problems. Cable management if fine. There is plenty of room, hard points and Velcro to route your cables. There are well placed grommets that can also be adjusted for different sized motherboards. There is also an adjustable GPU support. The case comes with an excellent selection of screws and other parts in a nifty plastic case. In conclusion, this is one heck of a case for the money and I can easily recommend.

-Incredible build quality -Looks sleek -Comes with 5 fans / great cooling out of the box -Easy to build in. Having the PSU sit sideways makes routing cables super easy. Plus, it's a pretty unique case design. -Quiet considering it's pretty open and with lots of fans going on. -Great price point for what you get compared to similar products -Toolless fans are great 0 cons. This was my first Lian Li case as I was always a Cooler Master HAF guy. You're basically spending $30-50 less than similar tier cases while getting way more fans included. Just incredibly impressed with this case.

Sufficiently large ATX case with plenty of room for a large GPU, includes a GPU standoff and relief support. Comes equipped with 5 case fans, one exhaust in the rear, two intake on the bottom, and two very large intakes on the front. The front fans work best in the "CPU mode", but can be slid up or down to bias the air intake towards the cpu or the GPU. There is room for an additional 360mm fan array along the top as well. To support the case fans, there is a fan hub which requires sata power cable directly from your psu. The case supports an ATX power supply in two configurations which can help cable management as well. Speaking of cable management, the case makes cable management straight forward and the design, while station-wagon-esque, is elegant and attempts a timeless minimal feel. The case has some satisfying heft to it and while the panels mostly all snap on or off of the main chassis, the case connects flush with the side panels and has a sturdy construction. I'm very satisfied with the case and I think lian Li make it very hard to beat it's performance for this price point. While the lancool 207 will accomplish nearly the same performance, the 217 has some slight differences and a price bump for the aesthetic.

Airflow couldn’t be better, the two 170mm case fans on the front are phenomenal. If you create your own fan curves they push so much air through while being inaudible. The best part about the case how easy the cable management was. I’ve never had such a clean look because you can mount the PSU to face the outside. This way the cables face directly towards you. Another great feature is how easy it is to pull off the glass front and the back. No screws needed and they snaps back into place with a satisfying click and without feeling loose at all. I did replace the bottom intake fans and the rear exhaust fan just for the rgb look, but the fans it came with were good.
