UTLGAMENG Mini-ITX PC Case with 2x120mm ARGB Fans, High Airflow ITX Case, ATX PSU Support

I wanted the lowest price mini case that would fit a mATX board and standard power supply. This one coming with a pair of ARGB fans was the icing on the cake. The build quality is good, much better than other mini cases I've worked with. All metal, no cheap plastics. All the needed screws were included, everything fit together without issue. The air flow design is clever, and works well. The 2 ARGB fans work fine, I set the color to red to avoid blue light sleep issues. The ARGB controller is clunky, but fine as a free bonus. Another fan could be squeezed in there, but I don't think I'll need it. I installed an ASRock B550m-HDV motherboard and GeForce GTX 1660 Super. The 1660 is 225.6mm and fit with a couple mm to spare. No cable management, so be prepared with zip ties to keep the cables off the fans. Fitting everything is tight, and has no instructions, not an easy build for novices. I'm reviewing this as a budget case, comparing it to other budget cases, as such it exceeded all expectations.

bought as a cheapo to throw spare parts in. it was comically bad. two of the preinstalled stand offs were mangled.... the fans are just horrifically loud (likely as they are starved for air... very little will come through the front) and the rgb on one burned out within 20 minutes of turning it on the first time. this is a complete waste of money.

For the price its the best budget case on Amazon for the form factor, it comes with two fans preinstalled, don't expect them to be the quietest thing ever, they're pretty loud comparing to todays standards, one of the fans I got makes a ticking sound, I checked if there was anything in the way there was none. Overall you get what you pay for. If you're getting something to serve a purpose I'd say go for it.

Doesn't come with a rear case fan and the two pre installed front fans do not work I checked connections still nothing but rgb. Speaking of the lights the controller for it is none useable once you close the case up. Cable management is what ever you're able to figure out hopefully you are using a modular PSU if going with this case but would recommend looking for something else. Only giving it 2 stars because I do like the look of the case. Recommend spending an extra 15-20 dollars and finding a different option.
