★★★★★Never getting off this chair
Just finished setting up this bad boy and oOo baby this chair feels so good on the back, my boyfriend loves the back support. Love the sleek black look, let’s see if it’s cat compatible.

★★★★Good chair with some pros and cons
This gaming chair is comfortable and easy to assemble, but not as premium as the price suggests. I like this chair overall, but I do have some mixed feelings about it. The first thing that stood out to me was the packaging. Everything was packed compactly and well, the instructions to open it were clear, and I appreciated that they included gloves as a nice extra touch even though I wasn’t going to use them. One small annoyance right out of the gate was the QR code for the assembly video. Instead of taking you directly to the chair’s instruction video, it just sends you to the main Razer website, which wasn’t helpful at all; I ended up having to find a video on YouTube myself. Assembly itself was very easy. There were only 8 screws total, so it went together really quickly after watching the video. I used a drill because that’s my preference, but the included tool would have worked fine too, just slower. I also really liked that the hex size is standard instead of some odd proprietary size like I've often seen in monitor mounts or similar, being standard size makes the whole process a little nicer when using your own tools. Once assembled, the chair is definitely comfortable to sit in. The armrests are cushy and feel nice, although I do wish they adjusted a little taller. The lumbar area sticks out more than some chairs, which I personally prefer, but since there’s no lumbar adjustment that’s something to keep in mind if you like a flatter backrest. The back adjustment is also a weird and feels more like adjusting a car seat. That may actually be a plus for some people looking for a gaming chair, but it did feel a odd to me. It does not come with a headrest which sucks because that feels like something that should have been easily included. You have to lean way back to rest your head against the chair so you really notice the absence. The pink material has a nice feel to it and it's very pretty. One other thing is that the included casters were terrible on hardwood floors. I immediately switched the out for my own hardwood floor casters. I didn't try them on carpet, but it seems like they should have included better casters. The biggest downside for me is that, while the chair feels nice, it doesn’t really have the premium feel I would expect for something in the $300+ range. It’s not bad by any means, is decent quality and sturdy, but it just doesn’t feel especially high-end. Overall, this is a pretty comfortable chair and it was easy to put together, but I think the value really depends on the price. If you can get it on sale for $200 or less, I think it’s a great buy. At around $300, I’d say you're not going to be mad about it but it won't blow you away either.

★★★★★Firm back support
Firm, but comfortable. I wish the front-back tilting is a bit less stiff.
