It came with all the right mounting brackets for intel and amd and also came with thermal paste! And the preinstalled fans are beautiful. Update! I got a new cpu, the ryzen 5 7600x and it performed identical to the i7 7700 thermals! This really is a great product.

My son bought me one of these for my birthday. Arrived with no damage to the packaging. Opened it up and there was a slick oily moisture in the plastic around the radiator. No biggie defects happen. Got the replacement and had the exact same thing. Quality is important when dealing with liquid and electronics. Certainly don't recommend this product unless you are sadistic and enjouly the return process.
