Like the headline says, I had an AIO that was dead, pump still worked. However there was no LCD display, RGB and it was not showing up in the LConnect software so there was not fan/pump control so it was running at 100% at all times. I went through the troubleshooting guide the Lian-Li website and nothing worked so I concluded something somewhere was "dead". So when I reached out to customer support from Lian-Li explaining everything I did with troubleshooting, they got back to me within 1 day and sent me a new LCD display since that was the thing that was most likely dead. It came with detailed instructions on how to take and reinstall the LCD display (all free for me, I did not pay for shipping or the replacement LCD display). Normally I am not a person to leave a review but customer support responding to me fast and getting a fix for an issue that I was having, I could not be happier with my experience with the product and the company.

Other than loading software my cpu rarely goes above 58 degrees while gaming 39 degrees with just my essential programs running. And that’s out of the box fan curves. And the lcd display is beautiful and smooth. Lots of customization on the lian li program. I’ve heard people having issues with the app. I have 8 fans, 2 strimer cables and now this AIO no problems whatsoever. I pay for aesthetics and 200 was worth it. It’s also very quiet. Took me 45 minutes to install because I put revers blade lian li fans on it so I could use it as intake. This is my first AIO and I can’t be more happy.

I have an i9-14900, RTX 4080 Super. Z790 Aorus Elite AX with 64Gb Fury. it was always running hot around100 degrees and triggered a cut back even thought no games crashed with the factory air cooler that came with the intel i9-14900. But now whit this cooler it runs idle at 38-39 around 50+/- in all my games none of them get over 80 degrees. it runs at around 5+Ghz and I love it. I love the LCD screen it is well worth the money.

CPU is running at 50 Celsius idle and 70-80 while gaming. I tried to replace the thermal paste with a high quality brand and it didn’t change the temp. 3 stars bc it looks nice and I love the customization.

Looks great in my computer and cools my i9 12900k intel cpu very well. While running cinebench keeps my cpu at 30-50 Celsius
