The entire thing was rather noisy from the start. After some weeks the pump broke, which seems to be a common thing after some research. There are better and cheaper options out there.

I purchased the Lian-Li Galahad II Trinity Performance 360mm All-in-One CPU Liquid Cooler on October 1, 2023. I did a lot of research and read several reviews that rated this AIO cooler as the very best. I was very impressed when I received and installed it. It appeared to be a well-made, premium product, with quality parts. It was relatively straight forward to install (though the "mask" that they use to apply the thermal compound was more trouble than it was worth and the instructions for wiring could have been a little more detailed . . . ). Personally, I don't mind a more involved installation if the product is superior. I completed the build and booted up until early November. Again, very impressed. Everything was fine until I booted up on Jan 13. Within 1 minute, the fans started to rev up quite high without any load on the PC. It quickly became apparent that the pump was not running. Booting to the BIOS confirmed this. Up to this point I was willing to accept that my issue was just a one-off and I was looking to simply get a replacement. It had to be a fluke with such a highly rated product, right? Then I noticed several negative reviews on Amazon and other sites all saying the same thing - pump died after 3 months. All these reviews were written after 10/1 so I did not see them when I purchased mine. I called Spicy Bomb. The agent was very helpful and said she would issue a Return Authorization for a refund. So time will tell. . . UPDATE - I am upping my rating of this because after more research, it appears that LianLi has a revised (engineered?) version of this cooler. I went on Lian Li website (Lian-Li.com) and clicked on Support / Contact us. Filled out the request (you need a copy of original invoice and at least one picture ??) and they sent me a new cooler minus the fans. I have yet to install it but at least their customer support seems very responsive. I did not request a refund as of now from Spicy Bomb because I REALLY like this cooler and am willing to Lian Li a chance to resolve the issue. But if the new unit has the same problem, it is good to know that Spicy Bomb is responsive and will give a refund. Stay tuned . . .

Pump broke after three months. Filed a warranty claim over a week ago with Lian-Li and have not heard back. Stay far away from this crap
