★★★★★Cools well and that ends well.
Noctua has always been reliable (at least for me) and this huge cpu cooler (using it on a 9950x3d) is a decent alternative from liquid cooling. 8 heat pipres and robust noctua quality fans keep my ryzen 9 from throttling (stressed using aida64 and cinebench). Idle temps (ambient room temps in humid/tropical Fiji right now get up to 30degCelcius) so 50degCel is fine at idle (no I don't use aircon, we are fan people and am not rich enough to comfortably/consistently afford AC cooling). Under stress temps shoot up to 84 and sometimes has spiked to 88degC but still manageable and actually really cool (no pun) vis-a-vis ambient tropic humid temps. I have tried testing in AC controlled environment at my friends house (low as 18degC) and obviously the cooler performs way better with idling the 9950x3d at 40degC (under volted only with negative curves at 31/25 per ccd, i don't OC) and load temps never exceeding 78degC. Please don't take this the wrong way, this cooler is just as decent as an overpriced AIO or a reasonably priced AIO and lesser failure points. This is my backup if my current 420aio (no need to name names) ever craps out. Noctua gives me peace of mind and this cooler is a piece of cake to setup and use. Noise is negligible for me (using a havn hs 420 non vgpu; maxed 140 fans as recommended). I don't have any form of anechoic chambers (thanks Steve) to test for noise but to my naked ears, a noticeable "whoooom" sound (somewhat subdued) under load is fine while normal use noise is non-existent (subjective since I boldly assume my hearing is average/normal). I would buy again but given the quality, there will be no need (unless I can ever afford to build another PC). Overall, vinaka (thanks) Noctua and Amazon. Vinaka vakalevu from hot hot hot Fiji.

★★★★★A Massive Leap in Clearance and Thermal Efficiency
After years with the G1, the upgrade to the G2 has been incredible. The revised design solves the clearance issues that previously forced me to run only a single fan due to motherboard and RAM interference. The Thermal Difference The "heat soak" I experienced with the G1 is gone. Using FanControl to sync with my exhaust, the "wicking" is night and day: Arc Raiders (High/Epic Settings): Dropped from 80°C–85°C (G1) down to 58°C–65°C (G2). Idle/Lobby: Dropped from 45°C–60°C down to 35°C–48°C. Build Quality & Installation The G2 feels much denser; the fins are sturdy and don't "ping" or flex during installation like the G1. The shift in the bracketry—moving the stack about 1/8" inward and 1/2" toward the bottom—drastically improved clearance, finally allowing a dual-fan setup. A few standout details: They included a custom Wera Torx driver. If you know tools, you know that's a premium touch they didn't even have to include. Aesthetics: The all-black finish perfectly matches my color-coordinated build and will for others. Quiet Efficiency: Paired with "be quiet!" Pure Wings-3 140mm fans at 60–80% duty cycle (1000–1200 RPM), the rig is whisper-quiet. I’ve stuck with air cooling over AIOs for the reliability and ease of installation. In a climate-controlled room with positive airflow, this unit is a beast. If you’re debating the upgrade for the clearance improvements alone, it’s worth every penny.

★★★★★Worth Every Penny
Steep price, but you get the best quality possible. This fan is pretty big so make sure you check for clearance between motherboard, case, ram, and any extra fans you have. Great fan speeds and super quiet. Came with all the tools you need plus a thermal paste. I needed something quiet with quality for my server and this didn't disappoint.

★★★★★Beast of a cooler
This cooler is an absolute beast, I know a lot of people complain about noise. This is not my experience. Cpu stays extremely cool, installation is also very smooth. Comes with brakets and parts for Intel and amd. I personally am a fan of the minimalistic look. The only complaint I could make is the cooler is decently large but if you have a mid tower you should be alright. All in all of you can fit it this is a really good cooler
