★★★★★High-performance cooling with innovative triple-stack design
What a great deal! I got this cooler for my 12-core 24-thread Ryzen 9 7900, an AM5 system that has a 65W TDP but runs at 90W, and it worked perfectly to cool it, even under demanding long-term workloads. As you can see in my pictures, it easily maintained a nice and steady 70°C temperature during a full stress test, with the heatsink reaching a steady state at that temperature and staying there as the CPU pulled a demanding 90W. I have been a PC enthusiast for 25 years and have built more PCs than I can count, and I can say that this heatsink gets the job done.
The cooler itself has a three-tier fin stack that is very innovative, with the large fin stack up top being fed by four of the heatpipes, while a smaller secondary fin stack underneath is fed by two more heatpipes. Perhaps most innovative of all, the cooler has yet another fin stack implemented directly into the coldplate at the bottom itself, ensuring that the part that mates directly with the processor gets even more auxiliary cooling. This seems to be overkill, but it works perfectly in practice!
The package has everything you need, including all of the fasteners and thermal paste. It also has a nice instruction booklet that is very clear and outlines a simple installation process. The cooler installed very easily. I simply placed the brackets and fasteners correctly, and then tightened the two main screws, which you accomplish through two access holes that are on the top of the heatsink. It really was simple!
The 120mm PWM heatsink fan is not loud at all for this class of heatsink (26.5 dBA), and the PWM nature of the 1550 RPM fan means you can modulate the speed with granularity to keep noise even more in check. Do note that this only comes with one 120mm fan and all of the illustrations show that, but it oddly says it is a dual 120mm fan in the title.
The height of the tallest fin stack, which is the only one that will overhang the RAM or rear VRM heatsinks, is tall enough that it can clear either obstruction easily. I installed mine with the top part overlapping the rear heatsinks, which then means I can change the RAM later without removing the heatsink. However, it would work in either orientation, and it looks wonderful, too, matching the dark theme of my ASRock Taichi AM5 motherboard perfectly, as you can see in the pictures.
The fan blows downward, which provides some auxiliary cooling for your VRMs, VRM heatsink, and RAM. You really can't beat this cooler at this price. For some unknown reason, performant low-profile coolers always seem to carry the most ridiculous price tags, but that obviously isn't the case with this model. Yes, it is a low-profile cooler, so it might have more of a problem with super high-heat processors that suck down 250W or more, but those types of systems would need a larger cooler anyway. For the target market and processors with reasonable power draw, this cooler is a huge win.

★★★★★Budget-friendly cooler that delivers solid performance for mid-range builds
If you are not familiar with Amazon Vine, it is basically Amazon trading free* products for honest reviews. You see a lot of Vine reviews that are cookie cutter and based on templates. I aim to make my reviews honest and non-cookie cutter (other than this intro and disclaimer).
* These items are not actually free as Vine members pay income tax on the items they receive. Therefore, I will never order something from Vine unless I actually intend to use it. I think this is important for readers to understand because it means I will never order an item just to provide a fake five star review to a company. If I review something as good, it means I actually enjoyed using it or it fills its intended purpose correctly. Items that don't meet my expectations will be reviewed accordingly.
Why I ordered this item: I needed a solid CPU cooler for an AM5 build and wanted something that wouldn't break the bank. The specs looked good and the price was right compared to the big names.
Likes:
* The cooling performance is legitimately impressive for what you pay. I'm running a mid-range CPU and the temps are sitting right where I want them, even under load. Not fancy, but it works.
* The fan is quiet at idle and only ramps up when it needs to. The PWM control responds to what's happening instead of running at full blast all the time.
* Build quality feels solid. The aluminum fins are well-made and the copper base is smooth without any obvious defects. The heat pipes look properly finished.
* Thermal paste is included and it's decent stuff. I tested a transfer on my first mount and it made a noticeable difference in temps compared to some cheaper pastes I've used.
* Installation was straightforward once I figured out the mounting system. The AM5 bracket works fine with my motherboard's existing backplate, which saved me some hassle.
No likes:
* Only comes with one fan despite what the product description says about "dual fans." That's a bit misleading. I get that you can add another, but the listing should be clearer.
* If you've got a power-hungry CPU, this cooler is going to tap out. It's designed for mid-range processors, not the absolute top-end stuff.
* Once the fan gets going under heavy load, it's noticeably louder than some premium coolers. Still not bad, but you'll hear it.
Would I pay full price for this product: Yes
Final thoughts: This is a no-nonsense cooler that does its job without the premium price tag. If you've got the case space and a CPU that doesn't run at max power draw, it's a solid choice. Just verify compatibility before you order.

★★★★★A nicely performing low-profile cooler
This cooler has an interesting design choice. It uses 2 radiators but only has a slot for a single fan, so it's not really a dual fan cooler but it also doesn't need really need to be anyway. It's a confusing naming scheme and there are some competitors that do offer a true dual-fan option for low profile, so that's something to keep in mind. There's enough space for the RAM clearance and the fan runs cool and quietly as expected. The thermal paste included is good and is always a nice addition to have. This cooler can mount several different CPU sockets without any issues and is good for most ITX and mATX cases.
If you're savvy with a class of CPU like a 7900x and know that the eco mode's wattage reduction means it can run under this type of cooling with minimal performance loss, then the sky's the limit for the funner and smaller workstation builds. I'm satisfied with the quality and performance of this cooler for the value. It has a lot of cooling power and functions according to the specifications while being competitively priced.
