💡 How to pick a CPU cooler
What to look for:
  • TDP rating must exceed your CPU's TDP
  • Socket compatibility (AM5, LGA1851, etc.)
  • Fits within your case's cooler height limit
💰 Air coolers are reliable and quiet. AIO liquid coolers handle high-TDP CPUs best

★★★★★Massive but quite and effective
Excellent alternative to water cooling, but be mindful of the size of this fan. The seller does a good job describing the product and it does have all the instructions necessary to install it. With that said, the size of the fan can be an issue for those who have smaller cases or small built that does not accommodate for that kind of space. I was lucky that he fit my son's computer and he's happy with bot, the performboth, and the look of the fan so far.

★★★★★Value for money = ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This twin fan air cooler with LED display has been an excellent addition to my PC. For reference, I'm running an AMD Ryzen 9 7950 X3D, and RTX 5080 (OC), and 64 GB of DDR5. In my previous XL ATX Tower, my CPU ran at a pretty constant 58° to 60°C with an AIO liquid cooler from Cooler Master. I purchased a new tower with the same size footprint as the last one, and installed this air cooler instead of the AIO. Running Heaven's Mark by Unigine at max everything for an hour, My CPU temperature NEVER got above 52°C!!! I'm a videographer and I have a professional sound meter for checking decibel levels on set. It recorded 52 dB at the PC tower with the fans at "TURBO" speeds (about 3,200 rpm). If you're building a new PC, or just looking for a fantastic air cooling option, you would be hard pressed to beat this performance or value for money. Pull the trigger... Really. I wholeheartedly endorse this product. (Not sponsored) 😉

★★★★★Great cooling, great looks, great price
If you want air cooling you cannot go wrong with this choice. It does a fantastic job of cooling at a great price. I wasn't confident in my thermal paste job but since you can see the temp right there on the display it's great for peace of mind. It also looks awesome. There are a bunch of color options for both the temperature readout and the fan RGB. The one downside is that I have not been able to find software that operates the temperature readout in Linux. It works just fine in Windows. If you are running Linux alone, there's a slightly cheaper version that doesn't show the temperatures that may be for you. I'm very happy with it and absolutely would buy it again.

★★★★★A great device with informational interface and dual cooling system.
This CPU cooling radiator does wonders and does it in style! I don't usually hear anything from it as it runs fairly quiet, unless my CPU is maxing. It has a very useful display showing CPU temp/and operating percentage as well as the Graphics Card (if it is powered by a PCIe cable). Given the dual radiators and dual fans, it keeps it pretty chill. The only issue I have is, if you place the fan over the Memory slots, it'll hide their beautiful RGBs. But over all, the product is a great investment.

★★★★Great but a bit noisy
Thermalright makes some of the best price to performance coolers out there. The Peerless Assassin 120 Digital is no exception and in keeping with true Thermalright fashion it was very easy to install. It looks great and keeps the CPU at decent temps even while in Cinebench. That being said it's a bit loud. For only a few dollars more you could probably go with one of their AIO's if you want your rig to run a bit quitter. I got this one for the absence of RGB but still with a LCD readout. Helped my keep my build an understated beast.
