★★★★★Took a chance and glad I did.
I purchased the Thermalright Stream Vision 360 aio for my midrange white build. The aio is brand new and not much information can be found on it at the moment. Thermalright is a reputable company with competitive pricing on their coolers so I decided to roll the dice on it.
The aio is packaged well and appears as shown. The cooler seems solidly built and installation was easy. The screen can be removed while installing for easier access and is secured to the unit via magnets. I installed this on a AMD 9800x3d cpu.
So far, I have ran this through several stress tests and extended gaming sessions and very satisfied with the performance/results. This aio keeps the 9800x3d cool with no concerns of overheating. At idle, the cpu is sitting around 30*C with my environment at approximately 21*C. The highest temps observed were mid to upper 60s during stress tests, and under 60s for multi-hour gaming sessions. Im a bit weary of the pump location being right at the hose connections, but that decision will take more time to determine the result. The aio is also abit on the louder side, but some of this can be toned down altering the fan speed curves.
The screen is crisp and the program used for customization is easy to use and surprisingly full of both pre-installed and customizable options. The fan built into the head does work at diffusing some heat away from the cpu and motherboard.
So far, I have been very happy with price to ascetic/performance and would recommend this aio. For the price, its hard to find competition offering the build quality and a screen.

★★★★★For the price, it is good!
The media could not be loaded. https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/D15rGjZtktL.mp4 https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/415PcM+NyaL._SY256.jpg I got it on sale for $107, at this price, getting a 360mm AIO with a fairly large screen is amazing.
Pros:
Simple software
Crisp screen
Good build quality
Good cooling
Cons:
Defective screen (likely for all of them)
Loud pump
The software is easy to use and you can put your own custom videos, GIFs, or pictures (sketchy to download). It also does not consume half your ram and CPU while running in the background, so I appreciate that a lot, it is very minimal. The screen looks clean and crisp and the cooling performance is good (its a 360mm AIO).
However, there are too major downsides. As others mentioned, the screen is almost certainly going to be defective. I ran mine for less than 2 hours before the yellow blobs/bright spots appeared at the top (see the video). I returned it and got a another one, but the same thing happened, so unfortunately seems like it is a quality control problem. Its not super noticeable when you have bright videos/gifs, but you can see it on darker videos. I just put a GIF that has yellow at the top anyway, so I do not see it.
The other downside is that the pump is kind of obnoxious. It is in the radiator, so it is right by your ear if your PC is on your desk. Even set to 60-80%, it has a loud, buzzing/vibrating sound that is pretty annoying. You learn to tune it out eventually, but still it is there. Not a problem if you use headphones though.

★★★★★Decent for the price.
Overall it is a decent cooler for the price. The programable screen works well, software is easy to use, with multiple layouts. There is a bit of a delay when changing the image on it, but most do.
I have this on a 9700X cpu running on a asrock b650 livemixer motherboard. During extensive gaming I’ve never observed temps exceed 63C max, mid 50sC avg using kpx thermal paste. Ambient room temp is typically 72F/22.2C. It is a pwm pump that is in the radiator not the cooling block. I limit it to 5200rpm, any higher and there is noticeable whine from it. The vrm cooling fan is sufficient, does actively lower vrm temps on my mobo.
Now for the con in my opinion. I do not like how this water block mounts to the mobo. Almost seems excessive force is required when getting the screws started. May just be mine has a minor issue in one of the screws.
