The manual was a little confusion on how to install the cooler, took a little bit of trial and error. Temperature wise, it keeps my AM4 5900X at 65-70 degrees even under load. Have not run the benchmarks on it, but it stays at 70 or below when playing games. I recommend that you get a GPU sag bar to help support the weight of this thing, because its BIG and HEAVY. So far I am pleased with it.
