At the very beggining was afraid that the cooler Will not fit, however it fit good, also Was unexpected the Thermal paste that was a plus, I gave 5 out 5 because met everything, nos I Will test it out!

Instructions are very very vague and its hard to understand. Also the clips for the fans are strong and you have to use a lot of force to set them in. Almost bent everything

The pictures speak for themselves. The packaging was subpar and didn’t even properly fit the product that was shipped. It arrived in the usual Amazon box, and inside that was the manufacturer’s packaging. I only received one LGA bracket and no AMD mounting hardware, even though the manual clearly states it should be included and the product listing says the same. I’m honestly surprised this product has such high reviews and is labeled as an Amazon Choice item. I ordered it with Prime on February 23 and just received it today. That delay, combined with the missing parts, is simply unacceptable. Save your money and look elsewhere, because it’s pretty clear Thermalright doesn’t care about quality control or making sure customers receive a complete product. After further inspection, I also noticed old thermal paste on the unit. That means I paid for a new part but clearly received a used or previously returned (RMA’d) item. I would give this 0 out of 5 stars if that were an option.
