Do not buy! Warning when reading my review if you get lost in what I’m saying then that’s just another reason why you should not purchase this item. Product installed really easily in the computer and looks great in the beginning however downloading the proper software was extremely difficult to find. The site layout is not user friendly and you have to dig everywhere throughout the site for what you need which is the TRCC program. After getting it downloaded it didn’t take long to figure out how to add custom videos and adjustments to the display but it doesn’t save your custom settings. Every time you log in you will have to reset your setting for the display. Also, TRCC does show up in the startup programs folder. Through some digging I figured out how to add it to the startup regardless what I do it still doesn’t start when the computer is turned on. I have checked the settings in the TRCC program and it is set to startup. In the startup folder for windows TRCC is set to startup as well but still refuses to startup when computer is turned on. I have given it several minutes waiting period to see if it is delayed; nothing happens. When I open the TRCC program it refuses to remember my setting. Also it giving a false reading that my CPU saying it is 100% being used and individual cores are at 130% being used. When I check task manager it shows 6%. After messing with the program it started to not load properly, program keeps changing my screen resolution to 640x 480. I have followed several troubleshooting methods. I will delete the program and start over but I don’t see it fixing the issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
