AMD Ryzen 5 5500

This is a really good processor if you are building a budget-friendly gaming PC or upgrading an older AM4 setup. Installation was straightforward, and once everything was running, it handled normal use, browsing, gaming, and multitasking without any issues. For the price, I think it gives you a lot of value. It may not be the newest or highest-end processor out there, but it is more than enough for a lot of people. If you are trying to get a PC running well without spending a ton, this is a solid choice. I would buy it again for a budget build.

Bought this for my girlfriend’s PC build, she has been having such an awesome time with it. It delivers the power needed for games, especially does newer titles. If I ever decide to build another beginner friendly build, for sure going to get this chip again

Excellent upgrade for my buddy's old Ryzen 2600 setup! If you're building a PC from scratch, go with the 7000 series or later, so your motherboard has a few generations of upgradability, but if you're already on AM4 and don't have much to spend, this is a good upgrade from the lower 1000 and 2000 series chips!
