I've been using this card for quite a while before writing this review and I can say for the cost, this card is worth it. I get a full 2.5Gbit when connected to a 10G network and the card has no problem with flaking out, dropping packets or getting squirrelly even over transfer that take sever days. The card keeps outputting like it's supposed to even under full load for extended periods of time.
One thing I will note is that it runs extremely hot, so just make sure you have good airflow over the surface of the card and it will be fine. I am sure if you didn't have good movement of air you might run into a problem where the card overheats, but I never had this issue personally because I just made sure it wasn't crammed right up against another card and there was no problem!

Installed on a 2010 MacPro running Mojave. The card was recognised but would not connect to internet. The Realtek site has drivers for MacOS 10.7 (Lion) which is over 10 years old. I hope the seller and manufacturer clarify which OS this has been tested on. (4 stars because I see it runs well on PCs. Good device just not for most Macs)
