Didn’t catch on fire. Has been working well for me for a year. Durable. Wire is pretty stiff because of the gauge. Had to bend at a hard angle. I use a corsair 4000D case, so you’d think they would be more compatible. It’s barely not touching the glass. The wire isn’t set up well to fit a horizontally mounted GPU (the standard).

This cable is perfect for those who have a PSU that doesn't have the built in 12VHPWR connector, although please make sure your PSU is COMPATIBLE. For example my corsair 2021 Rm850x is compatible, they have a compatibility chart on their website. Besides that the Quality is really good as it's braided and the length is long enough to cable manage. I'm pretty sure they have a White Color option on their website but im not sure but the value for money is pretty good as you don't need to buy a completely different PSU and it looks pretty good in your build.

I had some issues with my rtx 4080 super, where I would be just doing light tasks or even heavy gaming and the gpu fans would go crazy and my screen would go black, Basically the gpu would go into a power cycle, I would hear the games sounds but it would stop after a few minutes, this has been happening for around 6 months. After a bios update, and cooler booster from msi center, and alot of software trouble shooting, I decided to check hardware, I had good thermal paste, im not overclocking, so I got deep into reddit posts and found out I should check my PCIe cable, when I build my pc I used the 8 pin to 3 way PCIe splitter, and sometimes when I turn the pc on it would rev up the fans, and I just thought its cooling itself. Once I ordered this corsair cable, I turned the pc on and it didn't rev the fans, it was a very quiet boot up, I could already see, feel, and hear the difference, I did some light work and browsing, I did some gaming, different games too, age of empires, BF2042, horror games, and no restart, no fans revving up, I fully believe it was that adapter. So I would highly recommend this to anyone with a similar problem like me!
