The card arrived a day early and was in perfect condition, looked brand new. Works perfectly, and easy to install. Highly recommended.

★★★★★Locked up playing VR
Refurbished MSi gaming Treo 3070 Ti, installed into a newly built Z690 MB 12000K 32G RAM Win11 pro. I already had a 1080 Ti Hybrid from my old system I was using until I found a GPU for the right price. This GPU was not too expensive and available at the time, a couple weeks after black Friday sales. The GPU arrived lightning fast within a week. The GPU card itself was much bigger than the 1080 Ti (the hybrid has a liquid cooler radiator external to it), this might be because of the massive heat sink and 3 120mm fans to keep it cool. There was a mounting bracket that bolted up on the downside of the card to give it support which was a good added feature. The windows Activation complained about the hardware change but all else no issue to startup windows and made sure the Geforce driver was updated. As a side note, the LED lights looked good with the bright colors that could be customizable in the RGB software. I loaded up MSI afterburner and monitored the temp which did not seem to go aver 45 degrees. I did not try to over clock it. Gaming: Runing a couple of pancake games the graphics looked great but there was not much obvious improvement I could see off hand compared to the 1080 Ti. I loaded up the VR HMD (HP reverb G2 v1) which connected and started with no problem. The HMD uses WMR (Windows mixed reality) portal to connect, there was weird software issue in the portal when I tried to start the windows app store the WMR portal would shut down, the 1080 Ti did not have this issue. From WMR portal started the Steam VR portal which started up with no problem. My first choice to play a game was No Mans sky VR and the result was terrible, the game would lock up after about 5 seconds of trying to move around making the game unplayable. After a few tweeks here and there was able to keep the game running longer by reducing the resolution in the Steam overlay video down to 50%. NMS VR did run for much longer but would still lock up after a while of playing. I also played Half Life: Alyx which played a lot better but did lock up when I tried to take a screen shot. Played Red Matter 2 with no issue but played Wandering in Space and it locked up when the Zombies were over running me. After a week I put the 1080 Ti back in and played the same games and had no lock up issues (although I did notice the graphics were slightly less crisp looking), also the WMR windows app worked as normal again. I was sad to give up on the GPU and requested a refund. I boxed the card back up in the same condition I received it and sent it back. It took a week to get back and they credited me a refund hassle free. I gave this 4 stars because I am not sure what the issue could have been, it is possible the GPU could play more intense pancake games much better.

★★★★★In love with this GPU.
Got this GPU to finally replace my aging MSI 1650 Super Gaming X and it certainly did not disappoint. Currently having no issues running games I want to play. It also fits perfectly inside my case which is an Corsair 4000D Airflow Mid Tower so no need to worry about the card length with this case! The only issue was that the card came missing the support bracket which sucked as it has an very noticeable sag. However, I was quickly sent one after reaching out to the retailers without sending back the card or without any other steps and the support brace came within 2 business days. The price is also really good for an 3070 ti and usually goes on sale often. Highly recommend if you're looking for an Entry high-end card for an semi-reasonable price.

★★★★★Refurbished card already failing after a year
Refurbished card started randomly crashing despite adequate power, a well ventilated case, and up to date drivers after a year. The warranty is only 6 months for refurbished hardware, so I'm reduced to having a failing card that crashes sporadically or get a new card.

★★★★★Works just as expected
Replaced my old GTX 1050ti with this nice 3070ti. Have been running it since it arrived. The card came really clean and had i not known it was refurbished (or its box) i would have thought it was brand new. so far no issues have risen and i don't suspect they will. It is much louder than my last card but i could really care less about that. whoever refurbished this did a real great job, if i ever end up getting another refurb card in the future i'd probably chech out this seller before ebay or something else. (btw im 90% sure this seller works directly with MSI's refurbishing center)
