I was limited to my 4080 Super choices based on the length of the GPU. I saw this one was going to fit, I did some research on it and went for it (Also saw Jayz2cents use the 4090 version in a build for himself)! So far it's been excellent! I've tested it with various games and 3D Mark Timespy and it runs quiet, cool, and performance is superb for a 4080 Super! Disclaimer: I do have an NZXT H5 Flow case so airflow is quite good for my setup witch helps with keeping things cool, so yours may vary depending setup. Also it's a 3 slot card but that's good cause it's a chunky card with some weight to it. Anyway, I would recommend it if you don't want to stray too far from the recommended MSRP of $999 for a 4080 Super.

This graphics card was a great purchase. To install the card all you do is take the wrapping plastic off, insert the card into the PCIe slot on your motherboard, then wire it up. The box includes a cable which will power the card. It also includes a mounting bracket which can attach to the case and hold up the unsupported end of the graphics card so no damage from bending will occur. When the PC is turned on the RGB on the card is vibrant and cycles through the colors smoothly. Overall the card runs cool and is very powerful. Running games like No Man Sky, Elden Ring, and Valorant at 1440p 144HZ on maxed out setting only uses about 70% of the card's capability and stays around 30-40 degrees Celsius the entire time. The card has not been used much for VR but for the short time it was used in VR it remained at 60-70% of use and remained in the 30-40 degrees Celsius range. DLSS has not been tested yet because the card is powerful enough to not need it with my 1440p setup. Overall this card was a great purchase and would recommend buying.

Overall, this card is great. The utility provided by PNY is simple and easy to use. However, any attempt to overclock the card on top of its already overclocked speeds causes instability. I turned off the boosted overclock and the card runs steady overall with the exception of some intense sessions of Cyberpunk 2077.

I thought my 3080 was big (upgrading from a 1080) until i got this 4080. The size of this GPU is quite massive. It’s super quiet and temps are always low. Not only that but it has less power consumption than my 3080. Very satisfied with my purchase!
