Added this to my daughters Ryzen 5 5400g w/32gb Ram (built in GPU), but I could never get it to boot into Windows. Installed in an Asus TUF B450M-Plus Gaming motherboard, upgraded the bios, no change, still wont boot. Mounted it in my desktop (ASUS B450) worked fine. Eventually I realized the desktop case was actually blocking the area around the HDMI port. Cable would go in, but not all the way. After bending back some of the aluminum case with a needle nose pliers, cable connected properly and booted up just fine. I feel dumb. 3DMark Graphics Score w/5400g Built In GPU = 1256 / 7.30fps GT1 / 20.42 fps CPU. 3DMark Graphics Score w/6600 XT GPU = 7551 / 49.80fps GT1 / 24.32 fps CPU.

I wanted to upgrade my video card from the MSI RX 580 8GB I've been using since late 2018. It's a good card to be sure, but I wanted something that could better meet current demands. The RX 6600 8GB more than does the job, nearly doubling my 3DMark scores, and the card was actually cheaper than what I initially paid for the 580 back then. Very happy with the new card.
