★★★★★Good GPU if you buy when it is $350 or less, however RX 9060 XT 16gb is a better deal over all.
RX 7700 XT is a good GPU for the price. However I recommend to anyone else to buy the RX 9060 XT 16gb, it is roughly the same performance (slightly less) for more VRAM which is needed in newer titles which have much higher texture quality and optimization. The RX 7700 XT is build solid better than my previous RX 580, the speed is pretty good 38 trillion calculations per sec. The AMD Drivers are stable, most information about it not being stable is false, however there is some pink pixels ghosting which is a common and known issue for the RX 7700 XT. Cooling is solid with the 11 inch heatsink and the performance is good for the money.

Replace my RTX 3050 8GB card with this one. RTX 3050 worked ok at the lowest setting playing Starfield. This card runs great at the highest setting. It's a great deal for the price they are selling it for. My system ROG Strix 550-f , Ryzen 7 5800X with 32gb of DDR4.

Ran monster hunter wilds before the patch that fixed the aggressive DLC verification issue at a consistent 60fps at about medium settings. However, as time marches on I must be clear that these medium tier GPUs will become the low end of things, if you do have the money I recommend going for something a little nicer.
