EPOS Impact 1061T ANC: I was going to return these initially because out of the box these headphones were feeding me back my own voice in an unbelievably distracting way. My own sibilance was particularly annoying, delayed and distorted. This is how I fixed it: 1) Download the EPOS app. 2) Pair the headphones. 3) Set Sidetone to 0% for both TalkThrough and ANC. This is critical. Without this, I would have returned the headphones because even 5% was too distracting. Turn off Sidetone completely by setting it to 0%. This is a setting for both ANC and TalkThrough. Toggle between both and make sure they're both at 0. If you want to hear your own voice, select TalkThrough. This has the most natural feeling. If you don't want to hear things around you, reduce the TalkThrough level from high to medium to low to see what works best. If it's still too much background noise, turn on ANC. While your own voice is muffled, the resonance in your own head will make up for it. This is what I typically keep it on. It actually helps me focus more on the person speaking this way. Hopefully this helps anyone having this issue. I called a few friends using these and mentioned I had a new headset, they said I sound clearer than if I were just using the phone. I walked out near a busy street and they couldn't hear any outside noise. I even put my head right near a speaker playing a voice only podcast very loud just to find out if it cancels out the sound for the recipient. They couldn't hear a thing besides me. Very impressive technology. 5 stars. Side note, I got these "Open Box - Like New". The look and function as new. Saved a bunch going this way.

Nice when they work. Can have issues connecting from time to time, but not often enough to replace. Background noise is nonexistent to others when you’re in meetings. Good buy especially if you work from home and have dogs that bark. Battery life is good.

The noise cancellation on the microphone is great. But noise cancellation on the ear piece are bad. It works much much poorer than AirPod pro 1. You will hear everyone speaking
