Arrived completely dead, after forcing a charge to 5% to get the mandatory firmware update for G-Hub would recognize, we tried charging it numerous times, and even if it managed to claim 100% when it was off, it would drop to 1% as soon as it was turned on. It did come with all connectors and original materials, just in pretty poor condition. The headset did look nice, no clue on quality.

Good headset but said it was " Renewed" in "Excellent condition". They definitely just took a used headset and threw it in the box. The earpieces were covered in dog or cat hair and dandruff, and there are smudges all over the headset and the base station. Everything works though.......
