When the box came and looked like it had been ran over; I didn’t have very high hopes. I was not surprised to find the audio was severely distorted, muffled, and sharp, the mic quality I was told in chat was horrible, and the volume knob did not work. I get that it’s a refurb, but for only $50 less than retail I assumed it would at least be usable.
