I'm a former audio engineer, so I prefer great sound, and this headset brings it all. I love the Blue Microphone software it comes with, but that only works, while plugged into a PC, via the USB port, and not the 3.5mm jack The Blue Microphone software allows you to better fine tune your audio, and how you sound on the mic, so I come across more clear. I have a naturally loud voice, so being able to equalize things, so it doesn't sound like I'm yelling all the time is nice Another awesome feature, is the software had a lot of games with prebuilt audio profiles, so many game will sound better automatically, and it updates frequently. I got this same headset for my sons, and because they are not former audio engineers, it helps them game more, with amazing sound quality The price seems high, but with everything you get, it's an amazing value. Plus, it's really comfy. It comes with pleather or fabric ear guards, so you can choose what you like. My kids prefer the pleather, but I prefer the fabric because it breaths better. However, switching them out, is the biggest drag of all, so get comfortable with one, and just stick to it...trust me Long review, but one last cool feature. When plugged in via USB, you can save audio profiles, to the USB dongle, so when going to another computer, it saves your audio settings. This is better for my kids because they game on 2 computers The value, quality, and comfort is why I can't recommend this headset enough. It was a great buy. Plus, I got a refurbished one, and it worked perfectly I also have health issues, and have brought this to the hospital with me. It doesn't store easy, but it plays streaming services really good, so spending days in the hospital isn't so bad, and that's why I prefer to bring it, over other headphones

I received the refurbished G Pro X headset in the original box with the headset and all the accessories in perfect condition. They are as-new, without any wear or marks at all. The set came with the Blue Voice microphone usb DAC that works perfectly. They even included the additional velour ear cups as they would when purchaed new. This is my second set of the G Pro X headset and this one is exactly like my first set. The Blue Voice microphone gives a great sound with the DAC paired with the G Hub software. I use this headset exclusively on Zoom calls and I get lots of compliments on the sound of my voice. I am a teacher of adults online and my classes last 4 hours but my ears are never sore due to the comfort of the ear cups. Thanks to the excellent sidetone, (that allows me to hear my voice when I'm talking), I no longer blowout my voice as with cheaper headsets. I am very happy with this purchase due to the perfect condition of this refurbished headset.

To be clear, I purchased a pair that didn't work out and had to send it back. Due to the fact that I needed a working headset I purchased the wireless version the same day I returned these. They sound great and for short sessions feel great. They block out noise really well. The microphone is solid, but could be better*, at least the controls allow for greater customization of your voice. *Logitech let's you purchase a blue microphone that you can plug into the headset for better microphone quality. I haven't purchased it yet, but it looks great.

I bought this renewed. I expected a generic brown box with some but not all of the original accessories. Turns out that my item was complete in the original retail packaging with all of the original manuals and accessories included and none of it had been used yet. You could tell the box was opened previously. But, everything still had stickers, plastic bags, and twist ties on them as if they were brand new. Way more than I expected to receive! I was skeptical of this headset. A lot of reviews state it has great sound quality but a poor microphone. I wanted it for gaming. And I play a lot of online games and wanted a quality mic without buying a condenser mic. I read all of the reviews and looked at all of the settings in the Logitech software and made some adjustments and it sounds exactly like I wanted it to sound. Thoroughly impressed with Amazon on this purchase and extremely happy with the quality of the product as well! I can’t say anyone else would receive theirs renewed in the same quality and condition. But, I just got lucky I guess!

Sound quality is nothing special but it sounds as good as you can ask for the price point and the benefit of never having to recharge your headphones. The headset is comfortable, i really have no complaints or praises here. Seems very durable, I play VR in the same space I use them and have thrown them off my desk twice now on accident with no problems. So these should stand up to most normal use. Overall this headset is one that I would absolutely recommend and while it's not perfect it is a quality, low cost, and something I use daily headset.
