I believe I had already written a five star review for this product as I really like it, but now I wish I could give 6 stars. To start off, the sound quality is great. I am not the most versed in sound quality, but it is far better than any headset I have had before as I always go for cheap. Everyone I talk to says the mic is great compared to what I previously used. The product itself is great, but what really impressed me though, was the customer service that was provided. There was initially a small issue with the cord that I didn't even notice at first, but became an annoyance after dealing with it for a couple months. Completely understandable with a refurbished product. I sent a request explaining the issue, and within minutes I received a response asking for proof of purchase. When I sent the proof of purchase, again, within minutes, they said they will send me a replacement cable. The cable arrived just 3 days later and completely fixed my issue. This must be the best customer service I have ever received! Well done, I highly recommend this seller.

I bought this headset as my LucidSound LS15 Wireless ones broke after two years of faithful service. In today's economy, I did not feel like investing $100 into a new headset so I questioned my need for wireless. I also have a PS5 that needs a headset for the few friends I play with on there as I am mainly an Xbox gamer. I debated and read a lot on this set. I originally got the idea while standing in the tomb of a former great gaming store called GameStop. They had this set listed for $60, brand new in box. I did what any other conscious buyer would do and checked Amazon, only to find them for $35. Ordered as I stepped out of that relic like I was Indiana Jones. The shipping originally said by Thursday (this was a Saturday). I knew my headset was breaking but I held out hope that they would still serve me until Thursday. When i placed my order, the date changed to Monday. Sucks but what do you do? To my surprise, the headset did arrive on that Thursday rather than the wrong info given after the order was placed. It was a bit confusing and lackluster but to get them in the original shipping promise date was great. I have been using these for about a week now. They are comfortable. More comfortable than my LucidSound set was which I did love. The sound is great on a wireless Xbox controller and even more loud on a wired one which was a surprise. The mic quality is too good as I catch myself feeding back my heavy American dad bod's mouth breathing into the mic. It reminds me that I should exercise but I still choose not to. For a $35 set of headphones, these are a steal. If I had to nitpick and find a gripe with these, the mute button is awkwardly in a spot that it hard to find as you start to wince up with a sneeze. I often apologize to my gaming team mates but as one said, "How are we going to say bless you if you find that button?" I guess you're right, eternalfire481. I guess you're right.

Considering it was literally $40 you really can't complain about a gaming headset. Very comfortable and comes with a very long cable. Sound is pretty solid. Only problems I found is that you should not use the microphone if you want to sound high quality and sometimes I only hear out of 1 side, but if I move the jack around a bit it fixes. Don't waste your money on $200 headsets. All you need is a cheap headset, and a pretty decent microphone.
