I have them for a while now since they came out bc I needed a long battery life and good connectivity. i been tired of other headset that need to be plugged by USB or could only connect one device at a time. I like to play audiobooks or my own music when playing some games and the duel aspec of this is great. I can set it to xbox mode or pc mode and either way I'm set. I also noticed if your too lazy to switch it to xbox mode you can just plug the audio wire direct to your controller and it works that way also lol. Also the fact that the mute button on the headset it perfect. The mic is fine not the best but not the worst. Audio is good. The value for money is great as you caan connect 2 devices at one like your phone and xbox. Battery life is great someday I forget to charge and its still good

The Arctis Nova 7x wireless headset was delivered this morning. Headset in original packaging, and easy to open. Headset was in fabric bag, instructions and accessories are located behind the headset divider, and easy to remove. So far so good! Now the instructions are simple, claims, dongle is already paired to headset (true)! I have an Xbox series X/s, I plugged the Dongle into the designated cord from the box then plugged that into the back of my Xbox. Restarted my console and done. Easy! Headset microphone is retracted inside the left earpiece, nice feature. Sounds good, fits nice, app is easy to pair. So far I'm very satisfied! 5 stars

I was not impressed with the sound quality , at first. Time and experience with the software changed my mind. I use these for Battlefield 6 and other games and the sound profiles are easy to switch between. I was able to adjust my music profile for casual listening of music and I do like them. I rarely switch to my “audiophile set unless I’m in serious listening mode. Great value and quality and love it for my Xbox Series X using the dongle.

By far one, if not, the best headsets for the money. Crisp sound, clear mic, and very comfortable to wear. I use these for gaming, music, and Bluetooth calls with my phone. The retractable mic is a huge plus for me. The 2.4Hz connectivity is fast and has a long range. The battery life really holds up for hours on end. I've only charged them once since I got them around 2-3 weeks ago.

This item is terrible. I've returned it once & got a replacement and n I w I need to return it again. The item is defective in my opinion because the 2nd one now is having the same issue. Only used each one a cpl.times and now doesn't function properly AGAIN
