★★★★★Outstanding Low cost PC system Monitor!
I have purchased several of the Thermalright Trofeo monitors in both sizes and colors. They have worked great in the many systems I have built. The software can be a bit difficult to figure out, ubut there are many videos on the internet that can help get it figured out. The Trofeo Vision can be used straight out of the box, or customized to your liking. The Trofeo Monitors come with a Powerful magnet and can easily be attached to any steal case or can be mounted with double sided tape if a metal surface is not available. Though I have seen other reviews stating issues with flickering, and picture quality, I have not seen any issues with the divices I have installed.

★★★★★Great... Until it Stops Working
The Thermalright Trofeo Vision LCD Display is a sub-par product. I've bought three of these, and two have gone bad (the third one has been sitting in an unused rig, so I wouldn't be surprised if that one goes bad once we start using it). Initial installation and setup was very simple and quick. The magnetic property of the display makes it very easy to find a spot in your PC for installation. You can do both an internal or external install of the display. The screen WAS nice and bright, and the display looked great... until it stopped working. The two that have been in use would stop working/being detected after maybe a few days to a week of use before I'd have to unplug the USB cable from the motherboard and try plugging it into another port to get it to work again. It would then do the same thing. I went online to find out if this is a common problem with these displays (since both of the ones I was using was exhibiting the same behavior, and I found that the problem of disconnection could be solved buy purchasing a better quality cable. I did this, and though it solved the disconnection issue, the screen eventually started glitching out and went blank permanently a day later. I thought these displays would be a great low-cost option for my PC builds, but it turns out you get what you pay for. I'd advise anyone considering this display to find another brand. I'm two for three at this point, and I wouldn't be surprised if the last one goes out soon after I start using it based on the last two that I've used.

★★★★★Stopped working two weeks after the return window closed.
The screen quit working five weeks after I bought it. Two weeks after the return windows closed. The screen froze with lines running through it. Something inside burned out. I kept it outside of the PC case at room temperature, around 72⁰ F and normal humidity. So there's no reason for it to stop working other than it's a bad monitor. But before it quit working, it did exactly what it was supposed to do with alot of ways to customize the display and text. I would have given five stars if it lasted longer. I was going to buy two more for my other computers. Maybe it was just a fluke bad product, I hope.

★★★★★Good, but.. These are suffering from bad QC right now.
This is actually my 2nd Purchase of this particular product. Lets start with the good: It's easy to setup, and requires the Thermalright Command Center application (TRCC) in order to use the screen properly. It includes two ways to connect the screen, 1. using your Motherboard's USB 2.0 connection or 2. an included adapter to plug into a standard USB slot on the back or front of your machine. It has a magnetic base that is fairly strong and sticks to my case. Overall, I was satisfied with it and how it preforms. I used my screen as a CPU/GPU monitor. Ok now for the bad: These 6.86-in models appear to be suffering from sort of bad quality control as of late. This 2nd unit was purchased around February 25th, 2025 and just died yesterday. (4/3/26 at the time of this writing) This screen flickering issue appears to be a very common issue with these 6.86in models. I have the 9.16in in a different PC and that one has held up much better. Right now, I really cant recommend this unless I somehow got two defective units in a row. I'd recommend getting the larger 9.16in screen, as that one seems a bit more robust with its metal casing.
