★★★★★Great!!
This keyboard is fantastic! it connected right up. It is SOLID, and the action and keystrokes are great. Really nice!! I have the wireless dongle plugged into a KVM that I use to switch between my work mac and my gaming PC, and it works on both machines without a hitch! One thing to know: This keyboard is pretty thick/tall. In order to use it comfortably, I needed to order a palm rest. I highly recommend a palm rest with it, unless you have really big hands.

★★★★★Feels like a weapon
Heavy, solidly built, excellent smooth key response, cool RGB backlighting. While I'll never use the bluetooth functionality, it works great after a firmware update and it's amazing to get such a good keyboard for so little money. It really feels like I could crack someone over the head with this keyboard if I had to and it wouldn't be phased in the slightest. It's a joy to type on, I have no complaints. Highly recommended!

★★★★★Near perfect keyboard.
Edit: I discovered a few days later that my firmware update didn't originally take. I applied the update once again and the repetitive key issues seem to have disappeared.
Update both firmware options as soon as you receive the keyboard if firmware updates are available.
I
The good:
Solid Construction
RGB is bright
Red Switches feel great to type on
Direct USB C is fantastic
The Bad:
Wireless is awful and gets worse over time. - Corrected after firmware update.
USB Dongle and BT connection causes horrible key ghosting and repetitive keystrokes. Corrected after firmware update.
Switching between devices can get keys stuck or home screen stuck (windows 11 and windows 10) Corrected after firmware update.
Overall
Great keyboard.

★★★★★Excellent Keyboard - But Plan on a few upgrades
The Keychron K10 Max is very close to being a perfect full-size mechanical keyboard, but it took a couple small upgrades to get it exactly where I wanted it.
Out of the box, the build quality is excellent. The keyboard feels solid, the wireless connectivity (both 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth) has been reliable, and the ability to use QMK/VIA for configuration is a huge advantage if you want a keyboard that works across multiple machines without installing software. For anyone who moves between Windows and Mac systems (like I do), that flexibility alone makes this keyboard stand out.
That said, the stock typing experience was just a little harsher and louder than I prefer. I ended up installing thin switch O-ring dampeners (G40-THIN) which softened the bottom-out of the keystroke and noticeably reduced the noise. After that change, the typing feel improved significantly.
The other thing I’d strongly recommend is the separate wrist rest. With a full-height mechanical keyboard like this, a wrist rest really helps with long work days. It works great once you add it — but it honestly feels like something that should have been offered as a bundle option rather than a separate purchase.
I also wanted the enter and delete keys to feel differently, so I swapped the Red Switches of both with switches that I purchased in a sample set. I like that tactile difference, it makes a difference.
With those minor tweaks in place, the keyboard became exactly what I was looking for:
a full-size, programmable, wireless mechanical keyboard that works seamlessly across multiple systems and feels great to type on.
So why not a full five stars? Simply because I think the out-of-box experience could be better. Including the wrist rest option and slightly softer stock acoustics would make this keyboard exceptional right away.
Still, with a couple small adjustments, it’s a fantastic keyboard and one I expect to keep using for a long time.

★★★★★A keyboard for TYPING! Yes!
After decades of typing, I became an inadvertent keyboard expert.
The best keyboards used to be those from IBM. Great shape, just the right pressure, perfect tactile feedback. They had low error rate and were tough.
Over time I found myself “settling” for mediocre or even bad keyboards. Chiclet type keyboards just don’t work for me. I have a Mac with standard desktop keyboard - the upgrade to the Keychron is wonderful! After years of accepting mediocre keyboards this has taken me back to the old IBM keyboards. Only better.
