For a refurbished mic, this is PERFECT! No issues in appearance, operation or sound quality. In fact, I think it works TOO well. I typically keep my gain at the lowest setting, maybe turning it up a little bit once in a blue moon. Just plug this puppy in and go! I've been on discord calls on my phone for years, and the sound quality of this mic was so good that it took my friends a while to get used to the natural timbre of my voice. A cheap, reliable and amazing investment for gaming set ups and beyond!

This mic is a great "All-around" mic! We're talking sm-58 level. I use it in a conference room for staff calls and we have people sitting across the room that it's able to pick up! It has amazing sound quality for studio use as well. More than worth the cost in my opinion.

After a false start with a USB connector that was defective, this mic (purchased reconditioned) has worked like a champ and results in nice clear recordings. It was replaced very quickly when we told them the problem. Base is solid; it stays where you put it. Quite happy over-all.

Microphones are in perfect working condition with no flaws detected. However, I received two different colored microphones and stands despite the description and product images. I had intended to have a matching set-up for my recording and was somewhat disappointed at the unexpected color discrepancy. In addition, the stand bases seem to have different base padding causing one to be less stable than the other depending on set up placement. Altogether, the set work perfectly well and I will be able to use them happily. I just wish I had known about the differences which would be present when planning my purchase.
