To start I want to say that, though the packaging wasn't the best, the item came in great condition. The base had some scratches in it but that didn't bother me. The product came with all the parts needed to run it and all adapters and wires included. I will say the packaging was a little lacking as it was shipped with 1 layer of bubble wrap and was able to bounce around the box during shipping. Other than that the product came as advertised in working condition and it functions well replacing the Quadcast S that I had previously, which died. One more thing to add. This is NOT the Quadcast 2S it is just the quadcast 2. I didn't realize that when I ordered it. If I had I probably would have spent the extra money on the 2S since they were on sale for $130.00 dollars at the time. In the end I did save a little bit of money on this refurbished Quadcast 2. The fact that I didn't realize there was a 2 and a 2S version is on me so I can't blame the supplier as I didn't do my research enough and realized it after the fact. I am happy with my purchase for the price I received it. It works as intended and arrived in great condition minus the scratches on the base, which I am not using because I have a mic boom. I hope this helps any future purchasers looking for a good mic at a decent price.
