Works great, easy to hookup to shure machine. Loud and sensitive microphone. Hard to get the plug out of the wireless mic receiver. Like the clip.

Agree with other reviewers who indicated that this mic, compared to OEM, is much hotter and sensitive, leading to feedback issues. Also, as others have stated, found disconnecting the mic quite difficult.
