★★★★★Elite Display for Gaming and Creation – Absolutely Worth It!
The ASUS ROG Swift PG27UCDM is nothing short of breathtaking. The 27” 4K QD-OLED panel delivers stunning visual clarity, true blacks, and incredibly vibrant colors. Whether I’m gaming, editing photos, or watching HDR content, the color accuracy is top-tier and the contrast makes every scene feel immersive. Out of the box, the calibration is excellent, with no need for tweaks. The 240 Hz refresh rate paired with the ultra-fast response time makes fast-paced gameplay unbelievably smooth—no ghosting or tearing at all. This monitor truly feels like the perfect fusion of performance and beauty.
Functionality is just as impressive. It supports DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1, making it future-proof for next-gen GPUs and consoles. The USB-C port with 90W power delivery is super convenient for laptop users like me. The stand is fully adjustable and feels solid, while the screen’s anti-glare coating does a great job even in bright rooms. Even the RGB lighting is tastefully done. Yes, it’s a premium price, but for what you get—240Hz at 4K, flawless OLED visuals, and unmatched versatility—it’s absolutely worth every penny.

★★★★★Great, but not perfect.
No flickering. 240hz, displayport 2.1 (uncompressed), Dolby Vision, KVM switch, and 1/4" tripod/screw for camera mounting makes this monitor a beast. You can hook a Xbox and Two PCs and switch between them with one mouse and keyboard flawlessly (and switch between speakers automatically too, if you use the monitor's 3.5mm jack).
The only downside of this monitor is that it uses a Triangular QD-OLED subpixel layout since it's newer technology (versus traditional RGB stripe like some cheaper 4K monitors and IPS monitors), so fonts in Windows don't appear as clear in as they would on other 4K monitors (like the Strix XG27UCS). However, this is only for windows fonts and not game fonts, so text in games will still be crisp. It's a very small downside (and one you may not even notice if I didn't say this) but some people care about this.
The other downside is that it doesn't have built-in speakers, which actually matters a lot to me. For $5 they could've added a single mono speaker and they would've been enough for me (I like having it as a backup or in cases where i don't want to lug speakers around, or in case I ever want to mount it in a wall -- who wants to attach separate speakers for a wall-mounted display?? Nobody, and all cheaper models of Asus monitors even have speakers).
If you want the best monitor for the money, though, go with with bad boy. The extra money is well spent. I had the Strix XG27UCS before this, so I already had 4K, but this is a huge upgrade other than the font thing.
I wish they also made the ports on the side instead of pointing down, but you can fix this problem with some shirt extension cables I guess, maybe (idk if they make DSP80 extensions that don't hinder anything, but I'll look).
I'm also having a problem with windows not being able to turn HDR on (even in games), but I'm 99% sure it's some software error I'm having, since it was working before and only stopped working after windows detected this monitor as two monitors, but I wanted to note this anyway.
It's a great monitor though. Only thing I don't care for is the light on the bottom (would've rather had speakers than that light). The lights on the back are pretty neat, but again, I'd rather have speakers or smoother fonts.
Biggest thing by far is the built in KVM switch. I've used KVM switches before but I never had one built into the monitor like this -- wicked cool and useful.
The menu isn't very intuitive, but you'll figure it out. Most menus are worse. Just don't get annoyed and break the button or something, before you learn it.

★★★★★Premium OLED Gaming Monitor With Excellent Motion Clarity
The ASUS ROG Swift PG27UCDM delivers exactly what you would expect from a flagship gaming monitor: extremely sharp 4K image quality, outstanding motion clarity at 240Hz, and near-instant response time that makes fast games feel exceptionally smooth. The QD-OLED panel gives deep blacks, vivid color, and strong HDR performance, while text clarity is noticeably improved compared to earlier OLED generations. Build quality feels premium, and the included connectivity options make it flexible for both PC and console use. It is expensive, but for anyone wanting top-tier gaming and image quality in a 27-inch size, it offers excellent overall value.

★★★★★Great
My alienware 4k monitor (AW2725Q) died after little over a year. Decided to get this as replacement.
I set to hdr 400 true black and games look amazing. Strange that gaming hdr setting has less punch in games, but 400 true black pops. Gaming hdr is brighter than 400 so I like this setting when watching YouTube.
Great monitor.

★★★★★Great display upgrade for multiple uses
Coming from an old 27" UHD, this is next level in terms of image quality, clarity, etc. Checks all the boxes in a display you could wish for. I was originally thinking the 32" would be better but after reading around the 27" seems to be an ideal size. I appreciate the anti-burn-in features as I also use this as my main display for work and general use beyond gaming. It also serves as a TV when I'm just chilling in the office. Does everything well in any scenario. Integrated speakers would have been nice but I added a set of Creative Pebbles using some reward $ and everything works well together. The desk projection of the logo is cool but it would be nice to be able to customize colors, etc., unless I missed something. All around great display.
