★★★★★A great display if you know what you're looking for
Overall, this display is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend that anyone considering it understand the differences between QD-OLED (Samsung panels; most OLED monitors) and W-OLED (LG) panels. It is also worth learning about the differences between matte and glossy coatings and how they affect the image.
The build quality is great; the stand goes together very easily and is extremely solid. It also offers a wide range of height and tilt adjustment. The light on the rear of the housing is a nice touch and has a good selection of colors.
Since this is a W-OLED display, the blacks remain perfectly dark even in a bright room. Colors are as good as you'd expect. When the unit first powers on, expect to see some mild to moderate unevenness in the brightness of the image. My unit had some vertical banding which disappeared after a few hours of normal use and an image cleaning cycle. Do not worry if you see something similar on yours! It goes away quickly. Also, there is no discernible text fringing at all. Text does appear somewhat soft, but disabling ClearType in Windows completely fixes this.
The image is plenty bright, and HDR content looks great. You can adjust the peak brightness in the settings, so if it seems dim then try that. It is definitely not as bright as a QD-OLED panel, but the perfect blacks make up for this. Keep in mind that bright elements that take up large parts of the screen will cause global dimming. This is normal behavior.
The only complaint I have is that the matte coating is somewhat grainy. It is barely discernible at normal viewing distances, and with dynamic content it's even harder to spot; it is most noticeable on static bright pages. Use dark mode whenever you can (which is also good practice for OLED panels generally). For me, the lack of distracting reflections is well worth it.
Consider your options carefully when picking an OLED display. There are trade-offs no matter what you choose. If you're looking for a 4K display with a fantastic refresh rate (and 480hz at 1080p!), and you know that the downsides won't be an issue for you, then this is one of your best options.

★★★★★Great quality, as advertised, LG has amazing packaging team
As advertised looks great. Set up was simple. Built well. I have no complaints with the product. And LG does an amazing job packing there products. On the other hand, Amazon whoever packages the items to be shipped doesn't really seem to care about there job they just put the item in the much larger box and shipped it no padding or bubble wrap. But die to LG amazing packaging department the product made it here safely and in great shape so I have nothing to complain about.
Edit I have had it for about a week or so and it runs beautifully. One of the most gorgeous monitors I have ever owned. The image it amazing. The speakers on it are honestly better then my headset. Really crisp and clear.

★★★★★AMAZING QUALITY!!!
This monitor is absolutely stunning! I decided to upgrade my PS5 to the PS5 Pro, and I realized I might need to upgrade my monitor to fully experience the new console. I currently own an LG gaming monitor, so I was happy to invest in the brand again. I researched several models and chose this one. While it might be a bit much for the PS5 Pro, I am also preparing for the PS6's release, for which this monitor will be perfect. The colors are incredibly vibrant, and it even includes speakers, which is a great bonus for me as I enjoy watching movies without a headset. Overall, I am really enjoying this monitor. I am also looking forward to seeing its performance when connected to a PC and Xbox.

★★★★★Very happy with it, OSD button can be finicky at times
So I use oled for primarily console gaming (Xbox series x) only. I previously had the 27gs95qe, this is a step up, I’ve noticed better hdr brightness, and finally lg unlocked the black stabilizer in hdr mode, (on the older 27gs model it was locked out), and can also have a personalized picture mode too, although I’m running it at 4k 120 (Xbox downscales it), I’m happy with the performance, motion clarity colors and brightness, text clarity is decent. Overall can’t beat oled for gaming. Also matte coating does a great job in bright rooms keeping blacks dark and inky.
Update: unfortunately, after 2 months it has stopped working properly, intermittently the joystick/power button at the bottom will stop responding to anything at all, even causing hdr to stop working properly, and sometimes it won’t display a signal at all even if my hdmi is plugged in from my Xbox, only work around is to unplug it plug it back in. Idk if I got a bad unit or if it’s happens to others too. Might just be a bug or something.

★★★★★Perfect for my needs, some questionable reviews
There are some questionable reviews on this monitor. I’ve been using this monitor since early February. The only downside is even though it’s listed at dp 2.1 but it isn’t the full speed, requiring you to run it with DSC, which honestly hasn’t been an issue for me so far. People are saying the brightness is too low and I disagree completely. I’m willing to bet they didn’t know about the peak brightness increase in the settings. This panel gets extremely bright and rivals the brightness of my lg c1 OLED at high peak brightness in hdr. Also someone mentioned a lack of panel care settings and I also disagree, as there are 4 different pixel shifting modes to choose from, panel cleaning when in sleep, and dimming when displaying static content for long periods of time. Someone also mentioned not being able to tell if the monitor was asleep due to no front light, but there is an led ambient light on the back is you choose to enable it that serves the exact purpose they’re complaining about.
If you can catch this monitor for $100+ off, it’s an insanely good panel. Impeccable response times, 480hz, bright hdr, amazing black levels, great build quality and stand, there’s not much more I could ask for in a display. I’ve been enjoying games old and new on this panel at extremely high frame rates and I can never go back. 480hz feels like looking through a window, the motion clarity is something you have to see in person
