★★★★★Is refurbished missing io shield comes with 3d printed one.
It worked fine no noticeable issues mine did some with a IP cover but it was 3d printed and that did not clip in correctly not something I personally care to much about. The board is cheap came with a SSD screw and wifi antenna adapter for the back. If you are using a new am5 CPU you will need to flash the motherboard with new version. Get a USB download it put into correct USB port in the back with the oc off but plugged in hit the bios flash button it will flash green if working and turn off when done. Was easy for me. Overall for a refurb it worked perfect no acceptable yes. Also the additional m.2 ssd location is depicted wrong on Manuel it's in bottom right corner not the persons selling fault classic Asus.

★★★★Dead On Arrival but fast refund
Dead on arrival. This isn’t my first time building a gaming PC. But it’s definitely the first time I was sent a dead motherboard. I figured out it was dead after a few hours of troubleshooting and using an old motherboard with the same brand new power supply. Honestly really frustrating! Update: Updated to 4 stars after swift refund after motherboard was returned. Ty.

★★★★DOA.
Refurbished and not working, after swapped all components one by one, used all the components on another motherboard and worked perfectly. I'm returning this motherboard, avoid headaches and just get a new motherboard.

★★★★★Great condition, looks new and works great
Great mobo. Cheap because it's refurbished but looks and works like new. I have it on my build and it works fine. I was afraid it was fried but it turned out great:) highly recommend Here's proof that it works haha:)))

★★★★★After some long troubleshooting, motherboard has a faulty USB-C port? But it still works.
After finishing my new PC build using this specific MOBO, in my case my PC would not boot. There was instead a clicking sound which appeared to be coming from the case (coming from either MOBO or PSU). This led to me testing each one of my PC components to diagnose the issue (with help from ChatGPT and google). *Note: this MOBO was the only refurbished product I bought, all other PC parts were new* I ended up testing out my PSU with the paperclip test, PSU worked. Then I had reassembled a simpler system consisting of just the CPU, CPU Cooler, 2 RAM sticks, and PSU (plugging in only the CPU and 24-pin MOBO cable), this worked. I also did a BIOS flashback to newest BIOS just in case. However, when I put back the PC together with all cables and components = same issue with the clicking noise. I started pulling out plugs and testing where was the issue and then found out the USB-C port on the MOBO was the culprit. When I didn't plug in the cable to the USB-C port there was no clicking sound, and the PC worked. TLDR: MOBO has a bad USB-C port causing a short? Did not use that port and everything else on MOBO was fine. Additional notes in my case: - Comes with a non-OEM 3D printed MOBO I/O shield - Only one set of M.2 screw+stand-off. - Comes with a pair of screw in WIFI antennas. (These work well) - I guess this is why it's a refurbished MOBO? Note: Your case may vary... would I buy a refurbished MOBO again? Probably not...
