I recently purchased this motherboard in place of my current (MSI PRO B860) and let me tell you, it’s a fantastic upgrade. There are more features than my previous board, and you can fine tune just about aspect of bios. I even have the creation boost function enabled since this motherboard is capable of overlocking and is unlocked (unlike my previous). There is more than one USB-C port which nowadays is very handy. I haven’t had any issues whatsoever and its overall functionality is above expected to say the least. The build quality is also top notch. I ordered a board that was in used condition but it was perfectly fine, nothing wrong with it. It even comes with a heat sink for your SSD which is a nice bonus. I didn’t realize how much of a difference this board would make but i’m absolutely certain i made the right decision and would recommend to any power user out there looking for an upgrade.

This build went together super smooth and looks really clean. The MSI Mystic Lights controls the LEDs really well, but there needs to be more room for customization. The aren't a lot of options and some of them are redundant or boring. Very fast responding Z890 chipset and everything that goes along with it. The GOOD: Gorgeous motherboard (I actually ended up getting the White variant). Good rgb controls. Good layout. 4 PCIe x16 slots. USB 3.2 internal header for fast connections to your front or top panel USB C connections, as well as a USB 3.0 header and 2 USB 2.0 headers. Room for 3 NVME drives (one gen 5 and two gen 4 slots) as well as RAID connections for up to 4 hard drives. I'm really glad I got the white motherboard as it shows off the RGB so much better. All necessary mounting hardware and Wi-Fi antenna is included. The BAD: Only 1 NVME drive has the cool looking aluminum heatsink cover. The other two are bare. The UGLY: Don't buy a "used like new" or open box motherboard. The first one I got had the CPU pins destroyed, no socket cover, and NONE of the included accessories. I quickly returned it and ordered a new MB instead. Spend the extra few dollars. An open box CPU or RAM is probably safe but definitely not a motherboard unless there are pictures verifying the socket condition and all the accessories. The dang instruction sheet was even missing!

Awesome mobo. Used 13 for a client. Looks nice. Lots of features. Lots of slots. BIOS looks cool and has a lot of features. Always have good luck with MSI boards and they always work great for me. The price I got them at was great for this board. WiFi zooms. No issues or bad boards in the lot so far!

Most likely a bad MSI motherboard was delivered. No clear instructions were provided with it. I have built at least 10 PCs over the years. I returned it and bought ASUS which works great! There were clean paper instructions with ASUS . Thanks to Amazon return policy. Waiting for my refund.
