I purchased this motherboard and placed it in my pc. 1 day later a transistor popped and hit my son in the leg and he was burned. Took him to the ER and he had 2nd degree burns. I contact seller to get a refund or a replacement. They message me back saying there will be no refund or replacement. They said it wasn't the product i bought.

★★★★★Bad socket pins out of the box
We got an new unopened case of them and one of the motherboards had a few bent socket pins when we removed the socket cover. Very disappointing. Three of the pins were too far gone to bend back. There is no point in contacting ASRock as bent pins are assumed to be the customer's fault. We have seen this s few times before from ASRock but never from ASUS, MSI or Gigabyte. I would pay $50 plus shipping to get it replaced but they want way more than that. Not happy.
