★★★★★I've done 6 builds with this board. All run flawlessly!
I work in IT and built up 6 stream boxes with some very nasty hardware inside: 9700k, 32GB ram, RTX 2080 Super, Black Magic 4K Extreme 12G, Corsair H80i V2, etc. These are the core components. We use these for VR testing, gaming, and pushing out live streams across our network at a fortune 25 company. We have taxed this board like crazy and not one has had a hiccup. It's an easy board to build on, has a plethora of USB connections, including DAC, and has all the options you need. Not one freeze, not one blue screen, nothing. We couldn't be happier with this Gigabyte board. I first built these systems using the MSI MPG Z390 Pro Carbon AC, and 4 of the 6 had frequent lock up's, freezing, and blue screen reboots. (All with the EXACT same hardware.) I love MSI boards and have used many over the years, but these systems need to handle live events and cannot have issues while in use. Yes, MSI is aware of this flaw, and will eventually send out a BIOS update to fix this problem. But we couldn't wait for that to happen so I ordered a couple of this Gigabyte board to test and they were rock solid. I have since ordered 4 more and swapped out that MSI board in every StreamBox. The BIOS on this board is great once you learn how to navigate things. You have access to any option you need and if you like to over clock things, look no further. They make squeezing out that extra bit of power a very simple thing. Buy this board and don't look back. You will be future proofed for many, many years.

★★★★★Fantastic motherboard!
I purchased this for a new computer build and it is great! I couldn’t be any happier. The IO connections on the rear are exactly what you need and nothing that you don’t (sorry PS2 connector). I really like how Gigabyte answers the (sadly) ever present problem of forgetting to put the IO shield in before installing the MB. The IO shield is already installed in the MB and you just have to hook it in place carefully by angling the MB as you position it. One side clips in (inaudible) and the other does not. Super easy! The RGB included are a nice touch, but not overdone (bad only if you want a ton of RGB on your MB). Everything about this MB is amazing. It has a nearly full shield/support on the back to strengthen it. The M.2 heat sinks are very classy (I suppose the work well, too). And the clips on the PCEi slots and RAM are crisp, they don’t feel brittle. I might like 1 more USB 2.0 port (I know, I know, how backwards of me), just for various control and monitoring features. 10/10 would buy this again!

★★★★★Excellent product except for the BIOS
Excellent Motherboard, except the Bios which can't maintain NumLock on at startup.

★★★★★Solid Performance, Excellent Audio!
As the title says, this motherboard is rock solid. I had no issues installing it, other than fighting my own nerves to remain calm, and to keep my hands steady. The built in audio hardware sounds fantastic! I've never heard such high fidelity sound from integrated audio hardware before - it's like listening to lossless music, or audio directly from a CD. I'm simply astounded by how good it sounds! Other than the awesome audio, I'm using 3 1TB SSD's, instead of using NVME drives, and the transfer rates are off the scale. My games load blazingly fast, which is something I'm not used to, coming from 7200rpm mechanical drives on my previous build. The only thing I don't like about this board, which is something I expected to deal with after thoroughly reading Gigabyte's webpage for this motherboard, is the RGB lighting. Personally, I'm not a fan, so I had to disable it directly in the BIOS. On that note, updating the BIOS was super simple as well. I made a thumb drive with the BIOS revision F10 before dismantling my previous build, and as soon as I turned on this board, I popped in the thumb drive and updated the BIOS. I could also do without the Debug LED display directly on the board. Almost every day it reads A0, which forums basically say means "A-OK" (ie. don't worry about it).

★★★★★Great placement for MSI
So i used this to upgrade from an MSI Z97 gaming board that gave me numerous headaches. I would have constant driver corruption, BSOD, and numerous other issues that after 2 years of constantly using software fixes only to finally start replacing hardware. After a while I finally gave in and upgraded to this board plus i7-9700 to find out the issue where all related to the MSI. Several months and continuous use, my home built system has had 0 crashes, 0 BSOD , and 0 problems related to drivers alluding me to believer 100 percent the fault lay with the first and last MSI board I will ever use. Sadly I have an MSI graphics card that works wonderfully that is still being used in this system. So far I do not use all the bells and whistles this MB comes with but I have used several Gigabyte boards in the past and they have never let me down. Even the 1 time I had gotten a bad one the company replaced the board without question when I mentioned to the over the phone tech that I had discovered a shorted bus pathing manufactured into the board. So I would highly recommend this brand not only for the tech service and reliability but it has one of the best price points for a MB of this style. My pc now starts up in a matter of seconds and I couldn't be happier with the reliability of using my home built system without worry of losing progress to a BSOD that I had been blaming on Windows.
