Mine was obviously used. "Excellent" condition might be a bit of an overstatement. The chipset shield was re-installed upside down, and the primary M.2 thermal pad was torn and tattered - it should have been replaced during refurbishing. Also, the screws for the other M.2 slots were missing. But so far it powers up and posts. The BIOS had been updated to the Dec. 2023 version (F9), so that's good. I'll update as I put more mileage on it. If it will outrun the 90 day warranty, I guess it was worth the price and the gamble. It's 7/6/2024 now, and it's still running strong. For all its initial faults, I still haven't found a reason to return it. Believe me, I expected to send it back and looked for a good reason, but I can't find one. I've poked and prodded all the ports and connections, and they all work. Gigabyte makes a solid board, which is probably why they're worth refurbishing. Cosmetically, I wish they'd done a better job on this one, but it works.

This Motherboard has been working out Good for me, this Motherboard has a good amount of upgradability so i am set for future updating to the system when and if needed, I am really not a Gamer but i like to have what i need if and when i may need it,, since these pictures i provided here i have up graded to 3 Sata Powered fan hubs running a total of 16 fans on the hubs and 2 fans off the motherboard (rear Exhaust Fans), temps are Good/Where i want them, I removed the RGB power/HUB so i could use that Sata connection for the 3rd fan hub, now i am thinking of getting a LED Black Light Strip/Strips just to make it Glow when i want some Lighting but is not making the room look like a Disco. (also i upgraded the Hard Drives to a Samsung 990 Pro 2tb Boot Drive and a Samsung 980 Pro 1tb Secondary drive - this helped out a lot, stock HD Boot Drive was only a 3500/2800 Read/Write, now i have double that + on both of my Hard Drives & still have room for 1 more Hard Drive if the need arises) (another Note i just ordered 3 Noctua NF-A14 iPPC-3000 PWM & 3 Noctua NF-F12 iPPC 3000 PWM Fans, so i may be cutting my Fans down to a lower amount if these fans prove to work as i hope they do) (also going to be drilling a Hole in the PSU/HDD Cover Plate and running the GPU Power cable up through the cover plate and into the GPU to eliminate that cable from coming from behind the motherboard and around to the GPU - I think it will look Much Cleaner and not Block any Air Flow from my case fans - If You Do This Remember to Use a Appropriate Rubber Grommet for the hole)
