★★★★★Aswome mouse, Improved my gamplay greatly!
My old mouse was the Roccat Kova+ which was just over a year old and to be honest I love this mouse, plugged it in the pc loaded into windows and instantly greeted to download and install Razer Synapse 2.0, so easy no messing around and installed within minutes.
The mouse itself feels very comfortable in my hand and smooth to use, the first thing that I must say I didn't like is the fact that as this is a left handed mouse when first booting up in windows the left and right mouse button are pre-set the opposite around, so basically the right mouse button is left click and the left mouse button is right click, even more annoying for me even now that I have changed the profile I still have to wait for synapse to load up after loading into windows for the button settings to change (very minor thing but yet I find it annoying).
Upon first use obviously took me some time to set everything up in game settings but for World Of Warcraft the Razer Naga addon is pretty useful. Once everything is set up my gaming experience I found has improved greatly and I am really loving the mouse the 12 buttons on the side have really made it easier for me and improved my gameplay the only downfall for me is the bottom 3 (10,11,12) which I find a bit far back to easily press (may just be I have large hands), for me personally they could do with the twelve buttons just being move further forward on the mouse.
Overall definitely the best mouse I have owned yet and I am really happy with it but like everything the are just a few minor details that for me personally could be changed or improved as motioned.

★★★★★A southpaw's saving grace! No other mouse feels right afterwards!
At long last, a mouse that satisfies all of my lefty cravings and irks my right-handed friends to no end!
Where do I start? It feels great in my hand, with this nice lightly textured feeling that is comfortable yet grippy. The tilt-click function on the scroll wheel is a marvelous feature and feels Really satisfying to use for alternate left/right functions in games. It does require a quick download of Synapse but the mouse does work on its own beforehand (at least it did for me) and you can start customizing it instantly.
There are few things to be aware of but none of them have marred my experience with the mouse. The buttons Are pretty crammed together, so I wouldn't recommend setting all your primary attack keybinds to it; what I do is split them up between the mouse and my keyboard, and then use the other buttons for item shortcuts and sprinting. It works out very comfortably.
Also! If you have a fan or any sort of device that shakes or vibrates on your desk, it may cause the mouse to slowly drift, due to the mouse's sensor being ultra... detect-y, I guess. So just move your desk fan to a separate stand or table. Little pain, but I say it's worth it for this mouse.
Also also! If you feel that the mouse is too warm, just disable the Razer logo lighting up in Synapse. Some people found this to be an issue.
All in all, few little tricks, but still a great mouse that has helped me step up my MMO game!

★★★★★The Ultimate Mouse for Lefties
I was one of the thousands of folks that petitioned Razer to make a left-handed Naga last year. Being an MMO fan myself, I found mice with only four or five buttons a bit too meager for the way I wanted to play an MMO. This is especially true considering most keyboards aren't particularly conducive to left-handed play. In any case, Razer listened, I patiently waited a year for the lefty Naga, and here we are.
To put it succinctly, this is a phenomenal mouse. It fits perfectly and contours to my left hand without issue. The buttons are well-placed and my thumb can reach them all. It's exactly like the normal Naga (on occasion I'd check one out with my right but really couldn't use it comfortably), except for my left hand. This means that the high quality Razer is known for and its great Synapse software is available for customizability.
Lefties almost always get left out in the cold, but Razer has always treated us right. I've used their left-handed DeathAdder for years, and I know I'll be doing the same with the Naga. If you're a left-handed gamer on that eternal search for a gaming mouse that works with your dominant hand, read no further and just purchase this now.
