Even though I got the renewed version, the quality feels brand new. No issues at all so far. Everything works just like it should and it’s honestly hard to tell it wasn’t straight from the box. The mouse feels really solid and responsive, super lightweight but still well-built. The wireless connection has been stable and quick with no lag that I’ve noticed, and battery life has been great too. I also like the DPI button placement since it’s easy to adjust on the fly. Overall, really happy with it and glad I didn’t pay full price.

This is my second time buying an amazon refurbished product. item condition is almost new, it even included the stickers! now about the mouse itself, I upgraded from a logitech g305 a boy this feels like totally different league. pros: - very high quality plastic, I feel the difference since the first moment I touched - is even lighter than my old g305 which I thought was one of the lightest out there(ignoring of course the ones with extreme weight features such as honeycomb holes and whatnot) - software is waaaaaay better than logitech. It's been a while since last time I had a razer product which was a headset that left me disappointed, but now that I'm back again using it, I can totally say it has more customizing features and is easier to use - sensor is top quality - scroll wheel, scrolls of course, the feeling of it is way better then my previous mouse - it even let me choose my polling rate, something I never had control of with other mice So, nice mouse, very glad I got it cheap being refurbished because, welp full price is a little more expensive, but totally worth it

I've had it for a little over 5 months, so far it hasn't had any faults and I've changed the battery twice. However, when you go really fast on the wheel it makes a lot of noise, but I still love it.

Viene sin batería y es casi imposible conseguir el donglue de hyperpoling por separado esto hace que baje su calificación en otras cosas ciencia completo con manual, stickers mouse y el donglue original de hasta 1k de polingrate la batería aunque toca comprarla por más que la descripción diga lo contrario ya que no la trae le dura más que suficiente su sensor es preciso y la aplicación de Razer synapse ayuda mucho a encontrar tu mejor ajuste, lo recomiendo si buscas un mouse semiprofesional económico

El producto llegó malo, el mouse simplemente no enciende, esta totalmente muerto, probé 6 pilas o baterías diferentes, simplemente no funcionan, el mouse tiene algún circuito interno malo. 4. Es inaceptable, un producto aunque sea renovado no se den a la tarea de al menos revisar que funcione, no verificaron absolutamente nada. Se supone que un producto renovado pasa aunque haya sido abierto o usado para por estándares de revisión y evaluación que todo funcione correctamente. 5. Es una falta de respeto conmigo como cliente, pérdida de tiempo y dinero. Muy inconforme.
