★★★★★Perfect for Wide Hands Silent Grid Real Palm Grip and Surprisingly Good for Heavy Weight
I am coming from a SteelSeries Aerox 9 and a Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed. Both of those mice forced me into a fingertip grip because they were too narrow for my 12 cm wide hands. The Redragon M913 MAX is the first MMO mouse that actually lets me use a full palm grip. This makes a huge difference during long World of Warcraft sessions because my hand can finally relax instead of hovering behind the mouse.
The thumb grid is completely silent. My wife sits at the desk right next to mine and the Naga grid was loud enough to bother her. The Aerox 9 was quieter but required a lot of force to press. The M913 MAX fixes both problems. The grid makes no sound at all and the buttons are light enough that I can use them for hours without thumb fatigue.
The mouse is very heavy at around 170 grams. For most games that would be a downside, but World of Warcraft does not require large or fast mouse movements. The extra weight actually helps reduce unintentional movement when I am spamming abilities to clip global cooldowns. It feels planted and stable instead of sluggish.
Tracking has been solid. The sensor is older and did not work well on my SP004 glass pad at first. Setting the lift off distance to 2 millimeters solved the issue.
My only complaints are with the software.
The RGB controls are hidden under a colored bar inside the DPI menu which is confusing. I locked the mouse to a single DPI setting at 1600 and ignored the rest.
You cannot reassign the DPI switch buttons which is unusual for an MMO mouse.
The default profile maps the grid to the number pad on a full keyboard. I had to remap everything to the number row from 1 to the equal sign so it would match my other mice.
None of these issues are deal breakers but they are worth knowing.
If you have large hands want a real palm grip and need a silent grid for a shared workspace this mouse gets the important things right. The hardware is excellent and the software only needs refinement.

As advertised, solid, good gaming mouse. Been using it for about 2 months, no issues at all. Good fit and good product.

★★★★★Unusable Due to Faulty Software
PROs
This is one of the most comfortable mice I've ever held, it feels like it was molded for my hand.
Buttons are comfortable, feel sturdy and easily reachable
The 12 button pad placement is easy to maneuver and click
Wireless works great with no lag
Braided cord for charging makes it a wired mouse as well as a 2.4ghz receiver or Bluetooth.
CON (The soul reason for sending it back and giving it 1 Star)
There is no working software for this mouse, making the function of the 12 additional buttons useless. It would say Gaming Mouse Disconnected and all Redragon told me to do was install the same software I already had. Regardless of which of the three connection methods I used, none of the software worked. Very disappointed as the reason i got this mouse was for the 17k positive reviews, but I can't see how anyone of them can use this thing.

★★★★★Great Value
This Redragon M913 MAX is a great value for the price. It worked well right out of the box, feels great in my hand, and the button layout is very useful for gaming, especially if you like having extra side buttons for keybinds or macros.
The mouse feels comfortable, responsive, and overall performs really well. For an MMO-style wireless gaming mouse with this many features, I think it offers a lot for the money.
The only drawback I noticed is that the RGB lighting changes do not seem to work while the mouse is plugged in. The RGB customization appears to only apply when using 2.4GHz wireless or Bluetooth mode. That is not a dealbreaker for me, but it is worth mentioning. It works wired, 2.4GHz, or Bluetooth. The software is decent but could be more polished.
Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, comfortable MMO mouse at a good price.

★★★★★Not only for gaming.
I am not a gamer, but this mouse has significantly improved my productivity at work. As an IT administrator and programmer, the macros allow me to complete simple tasks much more quickly. It feels great and is definitely worth the price. If I had to mention one complaint, it would be the limited color options, but that feels like a minor issue. I am planning to standardize this mouse for the IT department.
