My daily driver is the Logitech MX Master 4, it's excellent for productivity, however it's not that good for gaming. So, I picked up the Redragon M925 PRO, which is fantastic for gaming. I also have a Redragon M811, which offers a ton of side buttons, but depending on the game you're playing, I found that having too many inputs could actually get in the way during gameplay. The M925 strikes a much better balance—it gives you enough programmable buttons to be useful without overwhelming you, and the added thumb trigger is a really nice touch for quick actions. Performance-wise, this mouse delivers exactly what you’d expect from a modern gaming mouse. The adjustable DPI (up to 26,000) and polling rate options make it easy to fine-tune responsiveness depending on the game you’re playing. It feels smooth and precise, whether you’re making quick flicks or more controlled movements. The wireless connectivity options (Bluetooth and 2.4GHz) work well and keep your setup clean, while the battery life has been solid thanks to the efficient sensor and power-saving features. I had a mouse that was disintegrating, so I thought this one might be worth a go as the price is very reasonable. I'm past the point of caring about the fancy, pulsating lights, but if that's your thing then this one is pretty good looking. It has three modes of operation: BT; 2.4k wireless (if not used the dongle resides in a little slot on the bottom of the mouse); and wired. As I have enough wireless and BT gizmos already bombarding me, I will be using this one wire. That said, all the connections worked fine and without any issue. I would note that when d/l the software (which is not too bad...macros, keymapping, etc), be careful to install the 'wireless' version, even if you are using the cable. The wired version never connected to the mouse and I eventually uninstalled and found the correct version. There are multiple buttons for macro/gaming/etc. I'm sure they would handle most scenarios once everything is mapped as you want. Personally, I really prefer a heavy mouse. I'm not sure why they are so hard to find. This one is so light that even with the dpi turned down one can get unnecessary motion. As we get older the fine movements often start with a bit of jolt and I have found that using a mouse that's heavy can mitigate those problems. My gaming needs are simple: I like strategy, historical, and occasionally role-playing games, all of whose motor requirements are on the low side and that almost never require twitch and click responsiveness. When I'm gaming, I almost always move in slow motion, and sometimes during some games I rarely move at all. That remarkable lack of motion is naturally reflected in my mouse requirements. I use a modified claw grip that usually responds best to larger, heavier mice. I used my Logitech g700 gaming mouse for 12 years and found it perfect for my needs. It finally wore out and so I began a search for a new favorite, especially when I (finally) discovered the responsiveness of smaller, lighter mice. This Redragon M925 PRO Wireless Gaming Mouse is my latest attempt at marrying my current tactile habits with an appropriately responsive mouse. I don't require complex responsiveness fine-tuning. This gaming mouse features more than enough programmable buttons for any rational user, but my simple needs were quickly satisfied with a fast set-up. I found the included software to be more than sufficient for most gamers: especially in creating profiles, button mapping, and something I never use because I nearly always mess it up, creating macros. If your requirements lay in that direction, this software should meet most or all of your needs. This mouse is light, responds quickly, glides easily with minimal applied energy, matches my grip, is attractive without being obnoxious, and feels durable enough to last if treated well. If you're a more restrained gamer, not currently engaged in serious action-oriented games, you could do a lot worse than this mouse. It's reasonably priced, making it a good value, and weeks of solid use indicate that battery life is good.

I grabbed this to replace my G-502 mouse that my kid took from my laptop to use on theirs. It is not a daily driver since I only use my laptop every couple months. Besides that, I am pretty pleased with the shape (obviously a close copy to the G-502). It does have some added finger rests on the right side that does help with the grip but I am used to not having that with a G-502. I would say this would be a good size for medium to larger hands. It is very lightweight, something that I am not used to. I like a little bit of a heavier mouse but it wouldn't stop me from using this. The software is a little bit clunky and it only seems to work if you are connected via USB or wireless. When connected via Bluetooth, the software did not recognize it, however the mouse still functioned like a normal mouse, you just couldn't customize anything. Quality wise it seemed pretty good, albeit not as nice feeling as a premium brand one. While this will not replace my G-502X Lightspeed or Razer Basilisk V3 Pro on my main computers, it will be a good mouse to keep with my laptop when I need to use it.

Tldr: this is a great value and very comfortable if you use your mouse with a palm grip. Pros: -vert comfortable for extended periods of use. There is a little resting groove for your pinky which is such a simple thing but it makes a world of a difference. -excellent quality, no rough edges, well thought out design. -usb dongle holder on the bottom holds it in place with a magnet, as opposed to a pressure fit. Again, we'll thought out design. -plug and play, I used it without installing any software. -glides smoothly which makes it ideal for games and high dpi ensures a smooth experience. -usb c connector. Cons: -not ideal for a claw grip, in my opinion. -though a great all round mouse, rgb may not be suitable. In a work setting. I love this mouse and my brother's mouse started acting up so he gave this a try and loved it too. Specially the pinky resting groove. I can't stress how much I like this. Before this my finger would get stiff resting on the mouse pad. Red dragon is doing a great job providing quality and affordability. I'm a big fan after this.
