Spent extra on this for peace of mind, since I am hoping to keep it for a very long time. Cable length is difficult in a 4.5L case, but this is to be expected of a non modular PSU. If they make a modular one at a similar (hopefully somehow lower) price, I will buy that too and use this one for a less cramped build. It works, quality seems on par with high end standard atx stuff, and it is quiet. Had the 300w modular one at first, and I kinda wish I hadn't returned it and had just kept both. Might have to buy it again for a home server build I am half heartedly planning. Storage prices are too high rn though, so we’ll see.

Pros: * Very nicely made * Quiet * I've had no reliability issues. * Comes with all the brackets and screws you'll need for most any mounting situation. * The included velcro cable wrap is very useful for cable management. Cons: * I wish there was a modular option. * Pricey This is the second Flex Power Supply I've purchased from FSP, and I've had no issues with either. While I've seen some reviews mention an noisy fan, I have yet to experience that myself with either unit. While the cost is at the high-end, you definitely get what you pay for and (in my opinion) a power supply is not a good place to start cheeping-out. My only wish would be for a modular option (since you're typically going to be using these in tight builds) but so far I've been able to cable manage these satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this product.

This is a very nice, very high quality power supply. Yes, it is expensive, but you get what you pay for. I bought it to replace an aging FSP250-50LC (genuine, not a fake) in a NAS box that was throwing Critical Value Low on several power related motherboard sensors. It was a like-for-like swap as they have identical dimensions, and if I want to upgrade that box in the future I have tons of spare capacity now. Like the FSP250-50LC I fully expect this FSP PSU to also last 10+ years, as it is clearly even higher quality than that one. Premium power supply. Absolutely chuffed.

Great PSU. Stays cool and stable under load. The fan is small but hardly audible in a fairly quiet room. Very satisfied overall!
