First REALLY wanted to love w this psu as I have never had a issue with corsair’s power supplies.. I regress the cable clips are horrible as both cables retention clips were busted off and rattling in the bottom of the box.. ( tried to contact Corsair customer service as I didn’t want to breakdown and return this unit for a couple of cables that could simply be replaced.. Well that was a waste of my time as Corsair customer service made Asus customer service look top notch.. horrible tbh! The most glaring issue though as the power cable going into the psu. Cable was easliy wiggled from side to side when plugged in and never felt like it was secure… by far the worse power cable I have ever dealt with in 20 years building custom pc’s.. was going to just order cablemod cables but for almost 500 dollars and the HORRIABLE customer service I just returned.. so unfortunate but be wary these broken clips seem to be an issue that multiple people are experiencing..
